Unfair refund policy

Unfortunately, my experience with their Business Coaching program has been disappointing. There are several areas of concern:

Misleading Marketing
The program was heavily promoted with titles and headings that I believe were misleading. When I expressed my concerns about this, the team attributed it to an internal communication problem, which hardly reassures me about their professionalism or integrity.

Lack of Accountability
I found that responses to some of my queries were evasive and, overall, there was no clear accountability from the team. This made me uneasy throughout my interactions with them.

Aggressive Sales Tactics
Their marketing approach was extremely aggressive. I was pressured into making an advance payment of Rs 50,000 while still on the call, despite requesting time to consider my decision. The persistent insistence left me feeling uncomfortable, but I eventually complied.

Unfair Refund Policy
When I realized the program was not the right fit and requested a refund, I was declined. In an era where customer satisfaction, money-back guarantees, and honest online ratings matter greatly, it is surprising and disappointing that they choose to retain advance payments under these circumstances. Such practices risk damaging both their reputation and brand in the long run.

Targeting New Entrepreneurs
It appears their main focus is aggressively targeting new and upcoming entrepreneurs, prioritizing making money by any means rather than delivering genuine value or support.

I cannot recommend this program and advise potential customers to be cautious before engaging or making advance payments.
