Amega is indeed authorized, licensed, and regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission under investment license No. GB22200548. You can verify this by checking our registration number on their database. We are not sure where you got your information, but even if it were true (which we, respectfully, highly doubt because that would mean the FSC does not exist) it doesn't change the fact that we are still subject to the rules implemented by the FSC during the acquisition of the license.
