I got into an accident in 2022 and Jennifer help me out a lot I felt like she was really there for me except the other people who toke over my case . Sahar wasn’t helpful at all , I felt she was against me instead of helping me in the end of my case .certain stuff she said made me feel like she was working for the defendant instead of me . But overall I would say go to Jennifer and I hope she get more acknowledgment for her work .

I was really pleased with the service that was provided. All colleagues at Amelans who I spoke to throughout the process, from beginning to end, were really friendly, helpful and showed empathy and kindness. I was pleased with the end result and felt very well looked after.

From day one, going all the way back to September 2018, Amelans have been very professional.

I must single out June Pywell, who I have had several email and phone conversations with. June has had to work extremely hard chasing everyone, medical reports, council solicitors etc.

i had an accident and did not know what to do ended up getting help from richard at amelans solicitors who took this case on for me. i received a very good service from first contact lucy the phone desk operator who was always happy and she pasted me on to richard who handled my case. i was kept informed at all stages by phone or letter and Richard would always contact me if he felt any thing needed to be clarified and visa versa. i couldn't have asked for a better service. A fantastic service from all members of staff. and i would use them again and would from my experiences recommend them....

I have been 'trying' to deal with Peter Bancroft from Amelans. He emails once every 6 to 8 weeks if you are lucky !!!

When our case was not a clear cut 'Win' for them, they have decided to drop it, as of course trying to fight a company like DWF (the other side) they do not want to do that.

My daughter has clearly been left partially sighted and disfigured due to negligence of a product.

The product itself has been taken down from the shelves.
We have offered a polygraph test to prove she is not lying and they have refused it all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE HAD A LEG CHOPPED OFF AND IT IS ON CCTV !!!!!

They are at best amateur and worst negligible themselves for wasting 14 months of our time.

Called them from Norwich after I was in a car accident (passenger in a car struck from behind) they called me back to make an appointment to make a statement with one of their representatives in Manchester....that should have been my first clue! A paralegal contacted me to ask if she could contact the driver of the vehicle I was a passenger in,before I had a chance to reply she had already....

Embarrassing - wish I had represented myself!

The judge hadn't got copies of the notes, so the solicitor gave her his.
He hadn't read the notes and wasn't able to download them prior to going into court and he'd given away his paper copy.
I had a slam dunk case. The defendant didn't even turn up. Yet the clown they got me to represent me on the day was so badly prepared he cost me money on my claim.

At one point I asked the judge if I could speak - the clown couldn't answer any questions. I wouldn't touch these with a barge pole - they were so unprofessional.

Found their ad on Facebook moments after I realised my landlord was actually a Piglord. What they call Piglord is an excellent campaign aiming people like me that are experiencing any kind of issues with the current or former landlord and don't wanna spend a ridiculous amount of time to sort this kind of problems out. Just 5 or 6 emails, a quick phone call, and a quick successful trial, that's it, thousand pounds in the letterbox.
I've got to say the service is expensive, as they brought home £1500 while only £1000 were left for us, but it was clearly stated in the agreement and they took care of the whole process so it's been a good deal overall.
I'd certainly recommend their service to anybody out there having issues with a piglord.
