If I could give less than 1* I would. Appalling product and service. Clothhhv items arrived with holes in them. Offered 30% discount and refused, give Chinese address to send it back to at my cost after which time they reimburse…as if!!!! Hundreds of emails purporting to be customer service but they then blank you.
Fraudulent please do not use. Extremely poor quality goods, not as described. Passing themselves off as London-based but returns have to go back to China at customer’s expense.

Ordered over 6 weeks ago. Havent received item. No response from seller. Iv sent 5 emails and nothing back.. ships from china so definitely fake and fraudulent.. shouldnt be allowed to advertise on Instagram
Do not buy fraud, reported as fraud with credit card company
Received goods . Shocking quality. Not wahr was advertised. Was told they will refund 70% of price. Said not accepting it. Gave IBAN number for account not heard anything back. Totally fraudulent do not under any circumstances get involved with them
