The product is amazing but pray nothing happens because I can't say the same from the support team.
I tired to order 3 times, two on Friday with two different credit card both transaction were cancelled.No idea why (system glitch)
Saturday I made a successful order with my debt card (weird)
After my 3 order attempt processed about an hour later an already cancelled order from Saturday magically processed.
I thought no big deal; I'll reach out and they can cancel... Nope, they sent the order now expect me to pay for shipping for there systems error.
( why would I spend dime when your system glitched I have your support email to prove it)
The lady literally told me there system messed up in the email.

Has products and information that I can't find anywhere else. Prices aren't outrageous for the obscure items that they carry.

Good Products, Slow Shipping…
So far I like this seller except for slow shipping. The website says product ships the same day if orders are received by 11:00 a.m. Central Time. Not correct. A shipping label is created the first day and the product doesn't ship out to the end of the second day. I'll just have to factor in that it takes a week to get a package from California to Chicago.
I like what they've done with their website and the content and will likely continue to be a customer.
