“Adam Smith” kept asking for a review and I told him I would not initially because he did not help me with anything/shipping I dint use their services but kept harassing me for a review and I told him no but he keeps insisting so here is an honest review of my experience with him I would Not recommend working with him or his company

Avoid this company completely. They completely bait-and-switch on pricing, started out at $450 and ended with paying $1000 to the driver who by the way was excellent, no fault on his part. What was quote and I signed was not what was done. Communication was poor and delivery was bad. Pick up date was not honored and that's when the price changed. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that actually honors its commitments. Just don't use them!!

Please, please do your self a favor and do not use this fraudulent company!
They are a bait and switch pricing company.
Also never ever do a down payment when shipping a car.
I had to dispute the $150 down payment with my credit card company after this bad business said and emailed me stating I’ll have my refund in 3-5 business days. A month later nothing!
There are many reputable shippers out there just not this one.
I’m not sure this is a USA based business.

I selected a specific pickup date for my car, only to find out they actually require a 10‑day window — which they conveniently don’t mention upfront.When they failed to move the car during the agreed timeframe, I tried to cancel. That’s when they hit me with a $200 cancellation fee, even though they didn’t do their job in the first place.Terrible communication, unreliable scheduling, and shady pricing practices. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that actually honors its commitments.

When I requested a quote, they responded fast and competitive. Jimmy Brown was my main point of contact and he was through with his responses. We ended up choosing to do it ourselves, but I would have chosen Ameri Auto Transport had we chosen to ship - based on speed to respond, pricing and Jimmy’s professionalism.
