America Jackets 

When I ordered the product it was a lot of contact and we were excited to get the product but when it got sent it wasn't made to the picture we ordered from it's not what we wanted. I've been trying to reach out for 2 weeks to get it replaced or work with you guys and I couldn't get through and. No way to contact you, no reply.Wanted a return or a refund and nobody reached out tonight. Not happy with the results or not being able to get a hold of you once we got the product.

Took too long. Had no idea my purchase was international. Last purchase…Sorry. Coat is great! Well made didn’t like the epaulets…I’ll have them removed.

My husband is a big guy and the 3x fit great! He is 6ft tall, 290 lbs and has very thick shoulders from lifting weights (24" on shoulders). The jacket has a little bit of give, so he can move freely. THE ONLY drawback is that the jacket smells like oil very badly. I've had it airing outside for a week and the shearling and suede are still retaining the smell, although it is getting better little by little. But initially the smell is enough to give one a migraine, so keep that in mind!

The quality of the product is great. I love my new leather jacket that was made.

This is supposed to be a sweatshirt, not a jacket. What I got is some kind of mixture of the two. Looks like a sweatshirt on the outside but not soft like a sweatshirt - stiff. NOT thrilled.

Have already responded. Jacket was bigger than a small. Logos were not fully Chiefs colors. Snaps were white, not chrome. You won't refund my money so will have to second hand try to sell this jacket.
Purchased 10.6.23. Disappointed!!!

Jacket came in a timely matter and was much better than expected. My only reason not for 5 stars is I wish the spikes on the jacket were a little bigger.

I ordered 2 jackets. They both were supposed to be white leather. They are both beige. I emailed AmericaJackets to inquire what happened that they were not white. I got no reply. The jackets are not terrible however it’s not what I ordered.

The jacket fit like a dream, and they made sure to contact me that the size was right. Material used is top of the line. Work gone into it was superb. 5/5

Material, fit and quality does not mirror the offering. Excessive material in shoulder area, loops for belt so thick they looked excessive for coat and placed low more on the hips than the waist. Thick wool material did not allow the coat and belt to tie and to close with the proper drape.

The rams jacket I purchased had a problem with the logo which was not the same as the rams jacket that was on the advertisement. I tried to contact the company and they never replied to my complaint. I am very unhappy about my purchase.
