The gentleman that came was very respectful. I will say that we received a notice of when we were scheduled for a visit. Unfortunately, we were unprepared as the gentleman was sent for a different day and time. This does happen often. We also because of the type of business request a call when company comes in the morning as funerals are scheduled.
