Order was late but express shipping refunded. Laptop has worked well from the start. Excellent build.

Our purchased PC works for 3months and then packs up again. This has been an ongoing issue since we purchased the PC last October. Keep getting told it's a graphics card issue but it works and then shut down after 3 months repeatedly. The technicians are kind of helpful but if you complain then that's another story.

It was a smooth experience configuring the pc and the build and delivery times were great too. The pc has been running verywell and smoothly. Would recommend.

Laptop look and feel is excellent and priced very well. Unfortunately the laptop screen was not working on delivery. Disappointed to say the least with such a basic fault. Laptop is currently back with American Builds for a fix. On the good side this has proven the service from American Builds to be excellent.

Once we had resolved some out of stock issues, the service was first class and the new laptop is working well.

8 days from placing the order to delivery on a custom spec machine, my 3rd computer from americanbuilds, only down side is we don't need the logo everywhere from the fans to the front of the case to the boot screen... relax

I've always wanted a gaming pc, so when I got one from American Builds I was happy because the process went smoothly and even when buying it, it suggested different components that allowed the cost to come down. For my first gaming pc I'm happy, I practically bought it for hearts of iron 4 so in the future when I want to play a wider range of games I'll definitely buy another one from he. Great service.

Has a bit of a faff with my first order, where it wouldn't allow me an option to pay via card for some reason. After several failed attempts by customer support the order had to be cancelled and a new one generated for some reason. Once this order got underway all went smoothly. Excellent packaging and the computer build was absolutely fine.

This is genuinely a trustworthy company to have build your next mining farm. They're big enough that they can buy parts in bulk for discounts and pass those saving on to you, yet small enough to give you a personalised service.
This is the second time I've bought a miner from American Builds and I'm incredibly happy with it. My only criticism is that I wich the website gave an indication of how loud the fans on each part are. The fans built into my case are actually quite loud and if I'd known, I would have paid for them to be replaced with quieter ones.

I have bought 2 PCs now with American Builds. I have been delighted with both PCs and any small issues I have encountered have been quickly resolved by their support team, normally within about 1 working day. You are always kept in the loop when the PC is being assembled/tested/dispatched.

This is the third time I've used American Builds. Two years ago I got a Antminer S21 and was vey pleased with the entire service.

I emailed a couple a queries and Americanbuilds responded very quickly so I gave them the business and I'm pleased I did because the ANTMINER is great so far.

Make sure you don't need any help, for any part of your order. Because customer care can't do a damn thing, and won't do anything. They're super unhelpful, and will give you another number to call, and then that number will call you back after you left a voicemail bc they didn't answer, JUST to tell you they can't help you.
I wasn't around for a signature and they're attempting one more time, and I wasn't even able to have them hold it at UPS, so I could go pick it up. They refused. I din't understand the BFD about picking something up from the facility. They said the seller requested thay not hold it there. I missed the delivery by MINUTES, and they weren't able to do a single thing. They couldn't lift the restriction as far as "no holding at UPS", and they couldn't change the delivery address to help me out.

I ordered S21 pro and paid for it, so instead of getting the item shipped, I get an e-mail the next day stating that my order was cancelled which I never cancelled;

Did a great service and kept you up to date and delivery was massive 5* brought Antminer L9 from here before so knew I was going to get great service.

It is easy to specify exactly what you want, then the order is placed and the machine arrives. No fuss, no bother. Great technical support is a phone call away. I have just ordered 2 identical machines and I can set them up in similar ways. And the price is very competitive. What's not to like?

A better platform for cloud mining in crypto. Mining was successful. Got my earnings in time.
