They sell a supposed product. Spend time with you giving you half ass logos until you practically design it yourself. Then hold the logo hostage claiming you have to have it Trademarked before they will release it. They try to do the Trademark themselves. They also start hitting you up to rope you in to ongoing monthly services. Terrible experience. Used Canva instead and had my logo in about 10 minutes. POST SUPPLIER COMMENT - I worked with Alan, the Chief Marketing Head and Business Consultant, Alan Walter. Professionalism is always appreciated but when you treat someone unprofessionally on the phone (whoever Alan sent me to after I told him I just wanted what I ordered), you can’t become upset when you get a review you do not like and simply call it unprofessional. I paid for a product I never received. That’s the gist of it. I can post the receipt as well as the comms if that is needed to acknowledge I was a hopeful customer. I am absolutely a consumer and this is not a fake review.

You end up going in circles sometimes when feedback isn't handled properly. That didn't really actual use this leaned more toward usability. Nothing felt overdone and it held up better when applied beyond initial concepts.

We are a small business and had a logo design done. Happy with the logo but did not expect to have to register the logo with the government and pay the hundreds of dollars in registration fees. We were not interested in a trademark or copyrighting the logo and have been called multiple time a day for over a year. Hard to understand and to reason with about other options. Wish I had never used this company.
