We like that everything is included in your price. No add is for gratuities or drinks.
I miss having a printed daily schedule. While I liked having the schedule available on my phone, I scrapbook and I journal, I was very disappointed that I could not access my schedule once I got home. I thought I could print it when I got home, but no. This may be my biggest complaint. Give us a week to get home and print it ourselves. As we agree our memories get worse and we need these cues to recall the wonderful things we saw.
If there is a way to print it, I hope you will let me know.

The whole experience was top notch
The whole experience was top notch. This was my first cruise and it was all excellent. It was well organized, the crew were incredible. The ONLY thing I have to say is would prefer that the sailing times are adhered to. When it says leaving at one time but leave early, we missed setting off. Which isn't the end of the world, as a first timer was wanting to see it all. We even got up in the middle of the night to catch the Olmstead locks... :) which we didn't go through due to the water level, but it still was a great time.

The excursions were excellent
The excursions were excellent. The enrichment talks on the ship were great. The entertainment on the ship was excellent.
The housekeeping (mainly cleanliness) could have been better. The way the meals were structured was a little strange. For lunch, only three options daily on menu. For dinner, the options were pretty limited too.

A First Class Experience
The staff were amazing. They were well trained and professional. I was also impressed by the elegance of the American Patriot. The food by Chef Luca was exquisite. I felt pampered!

This was our first experience on a cruise and we were not sure about it! It turned out to be a fabulous experience from start to finish. The crew was fantastic. The boat was roomy, clean and there were many places to sit and enjoy the scenery. The food was delicious and the excursions satisfied a wide variety for guests to enjoy. Very enjoyable trip
Everything and everyone was great on our trip. Just 2 suggestions. Menu should be in bigger print and a bell or some sound should be made before making announcements on board. Even though crew was short staffed they were very very cheerful.

Efficiently run. Great staff. Menu choices were limited. Overall food was good, but one night I pre ordered braised lamb, which wasn’t available when I went to the table. Beef cheeks was the substitute and was inedible! Excursions were disappointing

We had never been to that part of the…
We had never been to that part of the country. We loved going to the falls, seeing Mt. Mckinley and the lush green vegetation. We were amazed at the landscape up the river, watching the kite surfers, and the many crops grown along the river. Of course the food was exceptional, the staff were very attentive, and smiley. We enjoyed Ava and Jose's personality and attentiveness.

Not worth the money!!!
There are many rules and restrictions. There is 1 restaurant that serves dinner- and on that menu there are 4 items. They say they will accomodate- but they really don't. They only serve until 7:30pm- this includes room service. Also, the only thing they will bring you as room service is whatever is on the menu. If you want your room made up- then it must be done by 1:00pm- or it doesn't get done. If you want turn down service- that is done at 5:30pm. All timetables are set for someone that is not active or way over the age of 70. The amount of money that this company charges is absolutely not worth the experience.

Most of the entire experience (ship, staff, dining) was explemary. There does, however, need to have more done to assist and accomodate passengers with mobility issues. On 2 occasions in port, the walk to the bus was long and uphill and on the disembarkation day, not only was it raining, but the walk was long and there was a golf cart to take only one person at a time up to the bus.
