Our room was perfect
Our room was perfect, well maintained and if I needed anything the team was very responsive. The food was wonderful yet there could have been more high end beef choices; the outside eating was fantastic. We actually had lunch several times because we could be outside. We enjoyed the excursions we participated in.

We liked the small ship experience
We liked the small ship experience. The ship is new and is kept in immaculate condition. The. Staff was very friendly and were always available to help. We liked enough to book a second American Cruise Line trip.

Staff was terrific as was most of the…
Staff was terrific as was most of the food. Change in itinerary that was not due to weather but because ACL had too many ships in port, was disappointing. Also, not all events were listed prior to booking-we missed two big ones due to having to book our own excursions when the ship planned ones were full.

The cruise was great
The cruise was great. Most entertainment was great.
The staff was great.
My only complaint was the ship temperature was too cool. It required me to wear a jacket everywhere except our cabin with the heater on.

The best river cruise line we have ever been on.
It's the first cruise company we've been on that is proudly American, from the ship being built in America to the all American crew. Everyone on the ship was kind, caring, happy, smiling and very capable. We smiled all day long due to our interaction with the staff. Everything was first class, the 3 meals gave excellent choices, they have 2 cookie hours each day, the drinks are part of the package and available at any time, and most importantly, there are NO TIPS for anything at anytime. After this cruise we cancelled out of an ocean cruise as we looked into their tipping policy and it could add a couple of thousand dollars extra as a hidden tax/expense. We've got 2 more cruises lined up with ACL and we look forward to taking them.

Great Vacation on Columbia & Snake Rivers
The outstanding staff, delicious food, varied excursions & enjoyable entertainment combined to make our trip a spectacular adventure.
The staff was friendly, welcoming & went above and beyond to make each of us feel special. We especially want to thank our cruise director Chelsea & dining staff Tiana & Peyton for this memorable trip.
There were many extra perks like delicious ice cream sundaes & popcorn while watching wonderful, varied entertainment. Also we appreciated the early risers breakfast upstairs with outside dining & spectacular views while enjoying fresh made breakfast to order & brûlée fruit.
We can’t wait for our next vacation on American Cruise Lines ( which we already booked). Thanks again for a spectacular trip.
