DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY out of So Cal

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY out of So. Calif. (Van Nuys). They are a “Switch and Bait” Company. Horrible Horrible Horrible.
Scammers
If we could give them a ZERO review - we would.
We had an unfortunate experience with them and were stuck using the truck that showed up to our house because we had a move out dead line.
We didn’t realize this company is only a middle man. But they are the ones who double+ the price.
First company (Noble Moving out of New Jersey) makes the deal ($5200);
The second company comes to load your items (American Eagle Relocation, LLC - Owner Sergio ‘David’ Barrios Aguilar) THIS is the SWITCH company and now they want over $12,000.
The third company involved - is an unknown trucker who picks up your belongings from a warehouse? and drives it across country to final destination after 45 days. When we finally received our belongings, there were numerous broken items and 8 large boxes missing.
Do yourself a huge ‘mind ease’ and rent Uhaul Containers and pack yourself - if you can.
AVOID this company at all cost.
Worst experience ever.
We ended up suing this company for the up-charge, missing, and broken items and won. Unfortunately to date, they haven’t paid the court awarded amount and we’re still struggling because of this ordeal.
Bad Bad company.

Worst moving company ever

Worst moving company ever. Upcharge you as soon as they get to your house. I provided pictures of the items they were going to move. Once onsite they upcharged me for a wine fridge $150, a tool box $500, an expedite fee $500, stairs $100 each location, and $450 for 1 roll of shrink wrap, an extra 150 CF of space in the truck even though the marker truck clearly showed they did not use the extra space. They knew what they were moving prior to them showing up. Now they are offering me a small refund if I take my negative and truthful comments down. Avoid at all costs

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had – American Eagle Relocation LLC

I’ve moved multiple times in Indiana, Kentucky, and Los Angeles, and I have NEVER had such a terrible experience. Avoid this company at all costs. It has been a month and I am still missing a storage container (and have not been given any information about its location, even though I frequently call).

• Bait-and-switch pricing: I was quoted $1,650 but ended up charged $2,753 plus fees for tape, padding, and wardrobe boxes—even though I had originally been told my clothes were packed fine. On top of that, I was forced to leave behind a dresser and other items that were clearly included in my written estimates because I ran out of space and would be charged even more.

• Lost and damaged property: An entire 76-quart storage bin (listed on my bill of lading) is missing. My television, which was packed exactly as instructed, arrived with a cracked screen and a punctured box, as if it had been dropped.

• Poor communication and no accountability: It took 24 hours, three voicemails, and multiple emails just to get an acknowledgment about my missing storage container. It has been a month, and I have not received any information about where my missing storage container is.

• Unresolved claims: After weeks of follow-ups, all I received was generic claim paperwork. No resolution, no reimbursement, and no accountability.

If you want a stress-free, professional move, DO NOT use American Eagle Relocation. What I experienced was price-gouging, negligence, and disregard for customer property.
