Fairly certain they damaged my car. Vehicle safety equipment did not work properly after their "calibration". After multiple attempts they tried another piece of glass and it worked. Someone I know used them as well and they broke their windshield wiper and just handed it to them and left. Use anyone else. The good reviews are left by their employees.

Perfect install on my Ford Explorer. Great experience from start to finish. Customer service was superb, they took care of the insuramce process for me woth ease, and my new windshield looks great. Would recommend!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. This company replaced my windshield and instead of replacing my sunpass sticker like agreed, they took my windshield sticker and placed it into their vehicle and traveled to New York and racked up a few toll bills on my sunpass. How ridiculous because the sticker shouldn’t even work after it is scraped off. But somehow this is my fault that their company representative stole my sticker and went out of town with it. Justin cannot be trusted with this company at all.

My windshield was replaced on Wednesday and a few days later I finally used my car and even with the slightest movement you hear crackling/noise coming from the windshield. It is excessive and i can only conclude it was improperly installed.

this place was convenient to use and quickly installed the correct windshield in my jeep, great follow up and it was done thru my dealership..no more safelite for me

Do not use them, they tell you that there is a crack in your windshield and when you take it to there company they charge your insurance company for a windshield that is not damaged!!
Beware!!!

So, this is my 2nd time using them through my insurance. Both times they got my order wrong and delayed. Now i have to drive across the country with a cracked windshield because of their incompetence & have to wait for 2 months to get my windshield replaced. I even tried to go into their shop to have it replaced & they told me they are not equipped to fix it in the shop. I was on the phone all week prior to this date of getting it fixed to make sure it would happen before my trip. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!! I would give this company 0 stars!

A word of advice: avoid this windshield repair company at all costs. They hang around dealerships, ready to pounce on unsuspecting customers. Communication is terrible, and the installers are so inexperienced, it's almost comical – if it wasn't so infuriating.
