!BUYER BEWARE!
They sure are smooth talkers in the beginning. Responsive and making it seem like they genuinely want to take care of you BUT it is all fake. They are not trustworthy and if you try to sell your metals back you will soon discover you have been taken advantage of. I was charged an exorbitant spread(51%) and now I'm getting the runs around. Do not use this company!! I never thought something like this would happen to me. There are reputable companies out there BUT THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! Do your homework!

After a lifetime of frugality - scrimping, saving, denying himself - my friend moved his IRA to American Hartford Gold. They immediately stole one third of it with their lies and deceptive pricing. He was devastated . He eventually sold it back, taking the loss just to distance himself from those filthy leeches.

American Hartford representative was direct and informative. All my concerns were addressed and the transaction moved along well. Overall the experience was great.

I've been dealing with Battalion Metals for many years. OUTSTANDING company. Andrew is the best! They respond when you need to sell your metals UNLIKE SD Bullion who is horrible. We tried to sell TWICE with SD, and lost significant amount of $ because we could NOT reach them for a week. Exact opposite experience with Battalion. Fantastic customer service from Andrew is great!!

In October 2025 I purchased twenty five thousand dollars worth of gold from American Hartford Gold. Machi Block of American Hartford Gold financial advisor has been in touch with me on several occasions to reiterate the information originally explained at the time of my initial gold purchase to dispell any doubts I had about this purchase. Also, due to confusion in some communication Machi sent me paper copies of this transaction and we went over questions I had. He has assured me that communication is open at any time.

As with any business it's a combination of good customer service and quality products and I got both here. Lauran De Winter did an excellent job of explaining, in minute detail, the intricacies of buying precious metals and the pros and cons of each type. As this was my first time buying metals it was immensely appreciated. Dani Harris executed the sale with professional precision that did not waste time yet did not cut corners. I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire transaction and highly recommend their service for first time buyers as well as experienced ones.

From start to finish - it was an enjoyable experience.
As my account was getting set up by Rob, who then transfered it to Jake. The 30-40 minute set up - conversation with Jake was great. Jake was always very professional, answered all questions with clarity. Even thogh he had to repeat them a few times. I learned more about buying silver with Jake in that short time frame that left me with a very comfortable experience.
Also Dani- provided a great experience as she reviewed / repeated the business transaction with Jake

I must say the people that work for this company when they speak with you on the phone are courteous and respectful. I found out about American Hartford Gold through the Bill O’Reilly show and in 2023 decided I would take my life savings, 401(k) and invested into silver and gold with this company. when I initially spoke with a man name. T.M. who guided me through this process of transferring all my money into silver and gold. They suggested that I purchased coins because they’re worth more when you go to sell them and they increase in value. I was new to purchasing gold and silver and relied on their expertise in this matter $220,000. My life savings was given to the company to invest in these medals and I believe with my math calculations, I was charged 95% premium over the spot price. I spoke to the con man at this company when I learned through equity my depository that my account total didn’t add up to what I had invested I was told that don’t worry that that’s just the spot price that your coins are worth more and it will balance out. I know now that I have been cheated or should I say duped on my purchase through American Hartford Gold? I hope that I can get some resolve pricewise and put this behind me. I wanted a buyback price and it was grotesquely low in today’s market value. I urge you to go back to your calculations and make this wrong a right. American Hartford Gold you start your company‘s name off American is this the way you treat Americans your country men?I thought going American Hartford Gold would protect my savings but all it did was line there pockets with my hard earned money.However many years from now these people at this company when on their deathbed will have to account for their actions in front of God.

We are new to this and really knew nothing about precious metals, what we should invest in as new comers, etc. Kevin was amazing at explaining so many difference facets about the various precious metals. He was great at explaining the options we had for our first purchase & was not pushy about how much we wanted to invest. He made the decision very easy for us to move forward at getting our feet wet and making our first investment. We're very excited. Dani was also very through with the conclusion of our purchase, making certain that everything was explained to us in each category that was important for us to understand. I have no doubt that we will be future investors.
