Had to use the service 2 times
Had to use the service 2 times. Both times it took weeks for a call back and an appointment. I cancelled the service after the second call and fail. My dishwasher would not drain. Contacted and it was 3 weeks before I received a call back. Then it was another week before the tech called to come and fix the dishwasher. I had stinky stale water in my kitchen for 1 month. On the 3rd week I cancled the service and went back to American Home Shield. I called in a service call and on the same day had a call back and the dishwasher fixed. American Home Protect is a joke!

Called on two items Tuesday
Called on two items Tuesday. Water heater and dishwasher. Today is Friday and still have not gotten either one fixed. Could have saved the money and gotten both repaired by now.
