I contracted to purchase and install a new front door in June 2024 and gave a 50% deposit of $2,300. For over 4 months, I have had little to no response from the company & it's President Miguel (Mike) Martinez. At this point I have zero confidence in the company and it's services and had my lawyer email the company & Mr. Martinez requesting a refund of my deposit. To this date, I have not received a response.
