Everyone I dealt with at American Surplus was very helpful and responsive: the sales person, Tom Oliveira; the shipping coordinator, Rachel; the office person who greeted me when I arrived to pick up my order; and the warehouse guy who loaded the pallets onto my rented van. Although my order was small, everyone gave me their full attention - and all were unfailingly cheerful. Although I was sure I would have to unload the pallets to get the shelving into the van, the warehouse guy skillfully maneuvered both pallets directly into the van and I was on my way in a couple of minutes!

We have sourced through this company and Tom multiple times. Communication is solid, product is Solid, and has them ready to go. If not tjhey let you know a realistic lead time to plan accordingly. No complaints at all

The team made it easy for me to make the right decision about the materials I needed. They assisted when I needed additional supplies and I was pleased with the product once it arrivedd.

I ordered some steel shelving from Josh recently and had a wonderful experience. He made the process easy and was happy to answer any questions I had. He even suggested a different size shelf than what I was originally looking at to maximize my storage space. It worked out great and I would gladly purchase from him again.

We needed Teardrop uprights for a project delivered in 2 days to a locations hundreds of miles away. Tom and his team were able to make it happen with very little effort. They do a great job whenever I have a request.

Communication from the sales team is excellent. Tom is great at responding quickly and going above and beyond to help. Pricing and lead time is competitive. I've used American Surplus for numerous projects and the 1 time there was an issue they were able to resolve it. I would highly recommend American Surplus and will continue to use them on future projects.
