Have ordered from them in the past and everything was shipped and got to me but I ordered at the beginning of November and my package is still at the sorting center i have emailed them several times and still haven’t gotten a response

I made an order more than a month ago and the tracking ID they gave me is not found on the courier system, have been chasing them for a month now and every time they reply back they say give us a week to look into it and they disappear (Order id 47028741)

Update on November 8th: I got the order delivered today but some of the items are missing from my package after waiting for more than a month to get it, I hope they find a solution for this without me having to wait for another month here!!

Update on November 13th: do you want me to send you here what items were missing or shall you send me a follow up on my email?!

I placed 2 orders, first one great went off without a hitch second one for caught in customs, street I proved everything it took them 3 weeks to resend the order, and when they did, when it was received the order I received did not have everything it was supposed to have in it.... Be careful

I was foolish enough to place 3 orders and have spent over $450 from Americaroids beginning on September 15th. I have followed their supplied order #s and tracking numbers # only to run into a wall and no feed back. Then I get weird emails on tracking from Paypal on shipping. Why would Paypal be involved in product shipping.

I received my products, the order took 44 days to reach me so plan accordingly. I sent two messages to customer service, both received a reply within 24 hours. They were polite and informative. When I opened my box I had many free goodies. Well worth the wait. I will order again.

T/A was faster than the web-site specifies which I like. I am not a big fan of the 14 "business days after the funds are picked up" rule. I know happens, but I like to know when I am told I have 48 hours to do my end of the deal they are equally as fast. This transaction was delivered in about 10 days, not business days.

This site was called lakerheaterwood or something I have ordered with them then got sent to bodybuilding@freskdesk and sent money through PayPal and they created a wable but never sent the shipping people the product and they are saying give them a week and another week and another

This is the only place I can communicate with these people I emailed them and they say I have an invalid email address and it won't accept it yet they emailed me I'm not looking for anything you owe me $200 I'll tell you what the status of my order is you didn't send it out I spent enough time trying to get in touch with you guys I have to go through this find my order through my email or through my name or anywhere you have to do it or just send me 200 bucks back cuz I'm not wasting any more freaking time I'm tired of this I spent $200 to spend hours trying to get in touch with you it's ridiculous I've been waiting so long why in the hell should I have to put more effort into this it's been I don't know how long probably two months you guys didn't say a word the first words out of your mouth your orders filled and shipped that's order is filled and shipped that means it was full and shipped out two or three days later I get a call if you have a shortage of product it's it's going to be delayed so that's like a magic trick it was shipped then three days later oh my God it's not the orders not filled its short of product so it'll be delayed well it's been delayed I'm not looking for anything I'll go on every website and scream if I have to this is ridiculous I spent enough time I'm sure this looks really good for your company why don't you give me a way I can get in touch with you here I'm adding a little extra for you turn towards the end so hopefully you well understand what I'm saying I'm not looking for anything it's your mistake I didn't pay you $200 to work for you you figure it out

4 months waiting for my delivery nothing ever came contacted Customer Service asked for my money back and was ignored. Don't buy from this site they have lost all credibility they once deliverd good products and on time now the excuse is the pandemic guess what the entire world is facing Covid and other online businesses still deliver .

Americaroids.com are wonderful! I've been ordering from them the past 4 years and the products are top notch. The only thing which wasn't their fought was the Covid mess, just took a long time to get my orders. I'll be placing more orders very soon and I'm very excited. Thanks, Chris;

This company is bogus. Their website is bogus. My order for weight loss supplements seems to have disappeared. They act like I never ordered anything from them. There is no phone number to call, only an e-mail complaint box that never connects after you submit. I was fooled by the genuine appearance of the website. My "order" even received a USPS tracking number. The package was sent to another state, addressee unknown. Wow, was I fooled. Don't you be fooled.
