I order diet patches

I order diet patches . In February, but still haven't received the package. But it showed up at post office with fake postage . Post office said I could receive product to pay postage . I said return product to sender . They tell me they will send another package . But nothing yet . They say it came from Hong Kong . I couldn't rate them any lower !!!! They asked for my address twice now !!! No package !!! I believe they are stalling for time to leave the country . Also a company called LUVISIONIA FROM NY . NY THEY CHARGED ME $117.40 what rip off from New York New York . I put on my credit card 2/4/26 .
