very bad customer service, if you made an order and if you have to return the jacket you will never hear for customer service, the jackets is ok, but made from thin leather and will never be able to be worn in low temperatures, so fore the prize and customer service i would look at another online store

The size chart is wrong
The picture looks nothing like the product
When you try and return it you have to send it to Pakistan which costs more than the item you are purchasing
Customer service ignores emails and will not help in anyway.
There is no phone number to talk to anyone
My jacket was my one and only bday present from my family and they will not return or refund the jacket.
It looks nothing like the picture and doesn’t fit.
I ordered the jacket from America Suits and the receipt when it arrived was from Muhammad Amir.
They are scam artists be aware!

Scammers. Ignored all my emails about cancelling my order and decided to charge my credit card anyway. Company is BS, save your money. I have to deal with my credit card company to reverse the transaction now.

IT's the worst thing that i faced with during buying online on America Suits.

Firstly the site claims US customer service and online chat, neither of which exists. It appears to be one person using one email. The company claims to be UK based but ships from Pakistan. I purchased a jacket and specifically chose the "Genuine Leather" option for an addition 60 dollars. When my package arrived I was shocked to see that the tag said "Fauxe Leather" and the material felt like plastic with an odd chemical smell.

I contacted the seller who requested pictures and after receiving them, replied that somehow the wrong patch had been sewn on and that the jacket was 100% leather and if not he would refund me 200% of the purchase price. He then offered me an adhesive patch that said "genuine leather" to cover the fake. I responded that I wanted an exchange for a correctly labeled jacket and confimation of shipment and a return address. At this point he stopped communicating.

I suspected the worst so I took the jacket to a local leatherworker who assured me it was fake. The material was not soft like leather but plastic-like. The seams were uniform and folded unlike real leather jackets. When performed the burn test with a lighter on the belt it didn't burst into flames like faux leather but actually melted like plastic. I'm not sure what this jacket is made of but it is not leather. My guess would be the only difference between the PUFaux and Genuine options on the webpage are the label. I will be contacting me credit company ASAP.

Ordered a jacket for halloween on the 11th of October, when recieved the coat was the wrong size even after taking my measures. The origin of the parcel was from Pakistan and not UK as the company implied. When confronted with the issue the support were extremely unhelpful and tried to talk me into keeping the coat as it was.

When they finally accepted the resend for adjustments (on my expense) the experience turned into a nightmare. They claimed they shipped the coat through DHL but when i contacted DHL myself they had no item in their system.

I sent them multiple emails without any response and the only way to get a hold of them was posing a potential customer over their live chat. When i finally got a hold of them (again) they claimed DHL was at fault while posting a Excel sheet with my shipment added today.

This coat has now cost me more in time than the original 230$ i paid for it (they also lowered the price right after my order went through).

I still have not received the item and give it until Friday until i contact the police and visit them in person.

No compensation has been offered and their last note was that i should be grateful because "i'm getting the coat".

BEWARE and refrain from ordering.

Update No.1: They suddenly started replying to my emails. Here is a print of the conversation.

Don't worry about it, if you treat customers well I'm sure you'll get some REAL positive reviews instead of the ones you wrote yourself.
My customer experience has been horrible and i probably would've left a positive review if i had been offered some kind of compensation together with an apology and some honesty. Instead you throw lies in my face and try to blame DHL who has been 100% professional and helpful in this whole mess of a purchase.

Hopefully you'll learn from this.

This is the way they respond to and treat their "customers".
On a final note i think they've written the positive reviews on here themselves. Just check in on the account below me. The only other review from the account is to paypal for revoking their account on there.

I wonder why that might be?

Edit No.2: They just contacted me and told me they are trying to cancel the shipment and provide me with a "refund" since I'm a "unhappy customer". To me that is completely fine as long as i get either my money back or the correct product.

I don't trust their word at this point and will update on further development.
