Smooth Application Process
My loan processor was with me every step of the way walking me through the application and giving updates on where things were things were in the process and what to expect next. The portal system allowed me to upload documents quickly and even tracked action items that were completed and need to be completed so my application wasn't delayed.

Easy, efficient, professional. Only thing preventing a 5-Star review is they forgot to tell me that my wife had to be present at the closing since we live in NC. Luckily she came home half way though.

It was one of the best experiences I have had working with my loan officer Mattison along with Patrick and Jeffery. From start to finish it was 2 1/2 weeks that I closed. They were in contact with me everyday. They were a few hiccups but nothing major that I was not able to handle!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Amersave. Never was explained to me in a manor of what loan they gave me. It was not the loan I wanted. They gave me the loan they wanted that came with a high interest rate.

POOR FOLLOW-UP
Initially I was pleased w/your service although I was surprised at the lack of follow-up which was even more important when things began to fall apart. Everything went smoothly in the beginning. I promptly replied and sent in all paperwork as required. The problem was when I was actually supposed to receive the funds. I was told they were surprised, it wasn't pushed thru to the end of March, on my paperwork, said funds were dispersed 4/9, then I was told there was a hold up w/filing w/the state (NOTE: I signed all paperwork w/notary on 3/28! Then I should have received the funds by last week. Then I should have received the funds today 4/14. When nothing was in my acct this am, I wrote a letter to the guys handling my account and reached out to their supervisor. When I did NOT hear back from the supervisor, I called the VP of the company. Amazingly I heard from the supervisor about 1 1/2 hrs later, apologizing and giving me the same BS line about it being filed in the state of VA and that the funds should be in my account. SURPRISE, there they were. Interstingly enough when I checked w/my bank they just happened to be deposited about 30 min before he called me!!! I still have NOT received the other things I was supposed to get from FEDEX so that should be interesting as payments are do within the next 2 wks.
