Never deal with this company under any circumstances. They show no responsibility whatsoever. They only care about your rent being paid on time, but their customer service and maintenance are nonexistent. The property is always poorly maintained, and the amenities are old and worn out. I've been here for over two years, and I would rather break my lease than continue dealing with this company. When our dishwasher, shower, toilet, or water supply have issues, it takes a minimum of three months to get them fixed, and you have to call them every single day to follow up. Add in the HOA and neighborhood concerns, and it's a nightmare. Don't waste your money renting here — it's simply not worth it.

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER! Don't do it! They stole my money after leaving my yard (their responsibility per the lease) turn into dead grass and dirt and their "we'll reach out to you" comment means nothing. They called ONLY AFTER I posted my review and still did nothing. Apparently they don't think they are accountable to their end of the lease. They are thieves! Shame on corporations taking advantage of hard working excellent tenants!
This was new construction with a beautiful huge back yard when we moved in. They have not only put me through so much trauma over 4 years but have stolen my deposit even though my move out inspection showed zero due. They are holding me to a 60 day notice at the end of my lease and I was 14 days short due to trying to work things out with their negligence to my lawn. They didn't post the home available or put a sign in the yard for weeks so my 46 day notice didn't cause any consequences for them. They are a horrible management company. Save yourself the headache. I have over 70 communications with multiple people in their organization about the disaster my yard became due to their negligence and I was embarrassed to have company. 4 years! Upper management ignored me. Resident managers ignored me. Those that did respond couldn't do anything about it. Don't ever rent from them. They think because they are a huge corp this kind of behavior will never catch up to them. Well the market is turning so we'll see now. Even tried to get help through BBB and AMH won't give me money back so it's small claims court now. Over 3 years of complaining and sending photos and it just got worse and worse.
