amiatex erstattet Geld nicht zurück

Am 12. November 2024 habe ich bei amiatex.de zwei Bademäntel gekauft. Da amiatex meine Kreditkarte (MasterCard) nicht akzeptierte, habe ich unklugerweise selbst eine Überweisung vorgenommen. Die Bademäntel haben nicht gepasst und ich wollte sie zurückschicken und zurückerstattet bekommen, so wie es laut AGB's der Firma gewährleistet wird. Zwar habe ich eine Rückmeldung bekommen, wohin ich die Rückware auf eigene Kosten verschicken soll (was ich auch per Einschreiben tat), aber mein Geld habe ich trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung nicht erstattet bekommen. Ich hätte mir zuvor das Impressum anschauen sollen, vielleicht hätte ich dann gemerkt, dass diese Firma nicht den üblichen Normen entspricht, so gibt es beispielsweise keinen Geschäftsführer oder einen anderen Ansprechpartner auf der homepage, so dass meine Beschwerden nur an die allgemeine email-Adresse schicken konnte, auf die ich keine Antwort erhielt.
