I went on this site on October 24, 2024 and placed 2 items in my cart, while still shopping the money for these items was charged to my debit card. I immediately cancelled the items and requested a refund via Email. I was Emailed back the following day stating the transaction was cancelled and would receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days. It is now November 8, 2024 and still have not received refund. I have sent several emails requesting status of my refund and finally received a response on November 7th stating that my refund was issued on October 24, 2024. I spoke with my bank and went over all transactions to make sure I didn’t miss anything and my bank confirmed that the refunds were never issued. I have Sent another Email and have not received a response. Very shady business, I would Not recommended purchasing from this business.

This is a horrible company and the product that they have online is not what they send you. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Purchased 5 bottles Ember for my wife and what we received was completely different.
Ember is supposed to be a 60 count bottle according to their website and they only send you a 30 count bottle. Also an important note, the ingredients listed on their website is not the ingredients that they send you. Their customer service is horrible and they original denied any wrong doing. They also boost about their 180 day satisfaction guarantee and then when I told them I wanted a refund they said I had to put a claim in within 90 days. This company makes so many false claims and they need to be shut down.

They have been advised of these discrepancies for two weeks now and they still have not changed anything on their website. They will continue to make false claims.

I purchased their Ember product that is advertised as having zero side effects. Within weeks I developed insomnia, rapid heart rate, feeling “jittery”, loss of appetite, and nervousness. The product did nothing it advertised but did make me very uncomfortable.

I’d give it zero stars if possible. They sent me the wrong product and then refused to send me the correct item I ordered after I told them. They said I needed to pay to return the item that THEY had mistakenly sent me before I could get the right item. Very frustrating and no matter what i gave them they refused to get me the right item.
