I’m actually very disappointed with Go…
I’m actually very disappointed with Go City and Amigo Tours.
I paid for a pass for Barcelona for my 40th birthday and I booked two tours via Go CIty with Amigo Tours.
I have a disability and I made a mistake with my bookings.
I tried to cancel but was unable to cancel one due to it being under 24 hours.
I cancelled the other, and thought was ok however you have to cancel each person even though you book together.
I contacted Amigo tours via email two days before about all reservations and I explained my error. I emailed thee times with no response.
I was charged 120 euro, I now have no way of re booking. I contacted Go City also and they are not able to help; they told me to contact Anigo tours, Anigo tours said they cannot help and to contact Go City.
I now cannot use my Go City passes due to the error I made and have lost a LOT of money. I’m so upset, this is around 300 euros of my money and I’m so disappointed that Go City were not able to support me more with my issue.
They do not seem to care.
