Every application is read by a person before catalog access is granted, and we ask what the materials are for. That costs an applicant a day and keeps the catalog where it belongs: with laboratories, universities and independent researchers doing in vitro and pre-clinical work. Every lot is tested by HPLC at an independent analytical laboratory before it is listed, and the dated report is linked from the product page and printed with the shipment. Purity runs 99% and above. The lot number on your vial is the lot number on the certificate, and the certificate carries the lab's own photograph of that vial. If the two ever disagree, send it back at our cost. If you would rather not take our word for any of that, send a vial to an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory or a university analytical core and check it yourself. Weekday orders placed by 2pm ET leave our Delaware facility the same afternoon, with tracking by email. Shipping is free over $250 and a flat $20 below it. Packaging is plain, the sender name is neutral, and the card statement does not describe the contents. Questions about storage, reconstitution volumes or which certificate belongs to a given vial go to a person, not a ticket queue. Nothing we sell is a drug or a supplement.
