Excellent oud and solid perfume. You guys should do more marketing as I did not know about this product and came to know through a purchase on Amazon when free samples of oud was sent

3 orders and 3 wrong products over $300 ... first 2 times they did nothing about it ...i was stuck with their incompetence, this time they sent a replacement. Won't purchase again . Having to purchase drom ETSY now Have never recieved such non caring / non empathetic customer service in my 48 yrs of life . I kept trying because the scent was divine ..my daughter passed and I needed all the healing I could get and was our favorite....beyond disappointed.

I received sample kit perfect, I chose carefully scents, and I like these, should you show gender in each scent o bottles,

A sample cologne in the package contaminated the Oud. It’s all I can smell. The Oud quality is not the best I ever had. It doesn’t smell as good as it looks.

I love the products but the customer service is horrible. My order shipped without an PAID item due to being out of stock.
A whole week later and no item also no response to my inquiries.
This is also not the 1st time I have been ignored.
I will NOT be ordering again.

Even though these are oil base they still not strong.
I prefer more strong fragrance..I love the oud in general but I wish it was slightly strong scent. Strength of the scent just boost your energy and confidence to another level.
I love the brand and I hope the make strong white oud fragrance

We visited this Beautiful fragrance store on Saturday as a Mother’s Day treat from my youngest daughter. This Mother’s Day was a staycation which was well needed. This wasn’t planned but thought of all of a sudden. I am so happy we didn’t go to the Galleria Mall but to Amir Oud. My youngest daughter, God daughter, and her Mother enjoyed the experience and we had a BLAST. The coffee was smooth and delicious and the cakes were YUMMY!! They even served my favorite cake Tres Leche. Everything was BEAUTIFUL!! Lama, her son, and support team are Awesome!! They made us feel welcome and at home. I will definitely be going back.
