Purchased an item and cancelled within two hours of placing order. They couldn't cancel and I was told to refuse at the door so I did. Over one month now and still no refund. Had to chase multiple times. Terrible company to deal with. Do not purchase from them.
Amitamin took my money on 11 December and I have no product. They keep telling me to contact their chosen courier DHL. I have contacted DHL about 6 or 8 times and they know this. I have even sent multiple screenshots of the reply from DHL, which told me to contact Amitamin. They are ignoring the fact that this product has now been sent back.
I have written emails to Amitamin customer services and even Jörn Seidenschnur, the CEO. He is totally aware of the situation but they are doing absolutely nothing. They are now not even responding to my emails. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I have tried to be polite but they are now doing nothing at all. They are not replying. They have my money and I have no product. I have probably made 15 attempts to get a resolution. Nothing.
This company is meant to provide positive health-care solutions. For me personally, their lack of willingness to deal with this situation has contributed to a very negative effect on my health.
My personal view is to avoid Amitamin.
