Great price, Great Service, Great product

Excellent service and great value for money, arrives on time well packaged and look fantastic

Absolutely dreadful! Multiple slabs arrived broken. I have emailed and called, all have been ignored. Please avoid this company, they have absolutely no interest in you once you have paid. The delivery driver even said to me when I showed him they were broken “yes sorry about that, they shouldn’t be delivered this way but the company are too cheap to do it right”.

Don’t use this company. Awful customer service. I spent a significant amount of money on paving slabs, but when they arrived multiple slabs were broken and there was not the advertised amount. As a result, I haven’t been able to complete the project. Despite several emails and phone calls I’ve had no response or solution. Avoid this supplier and find one that cares!

An infuriating day.

- Today was my preferred delivery day, but I received no confirmation so called and was told I’d receive a text by lunch time with a delivery a slot

- By 2pm I’d received no text. After multiple unanswered calls I reached someone by WhatsApp and was told delivery would be before 5pm

- It’s now 5pm and no delivery. Calls and WhatsApps all unanswered. And now it’s the weekend.

I have no idea when or if my purchase will arrive and have wasted a day off from work for nothing.

Edit: Ammaari called back after hours and did their best to find out what had gone wrong. Ammaari blamed the delivery company. The delivery company blamed Ammaari. However, they followed up and I received my delivery the following Monday. The stone is good quality and well cut. I have amended this to three stars. I’m ultimately happy with the product but poor customer comms caused a lot of inconvenience.

Beware and take note of my review before placing an order with this company!
I ordered 40 slabs, 900 x 600, which arrived with no issues on the selected date. What I learned the hard way, was that I should have signed and stated 'Damaged' on arrival, whether they were damaged or not, just to cover myself. I should then, as a 61 year old woman, have opened every single slab from the cardboard packaging within the first 48 hours, and laid each one of the forty 900 x 600mm slabs out on 20 pallets to inspect each one for any damage! Unfortunately for me I did not carry out this ridiculous expectation as I was completely unaware of it, as it did not state any of this on my Order Form or Invoice. As a result when my Patio Slabber opened them a couple of weeks later, due to having had wet weather, we found out that 5 of the 40 slabs were broken or chipped. I called the company and they stated that there was no way they would replace the broken or chipped slabs. The Manager became extremely agressive on the phone with me and was very rude throughout the conversation. He shouted at me that it was his turn to talk and there was no point wasting his time or my time. This conversation upset me greatly. Eventually he agreed to replace 3 slabs however I would have to pay £95 delivery!! I felt this was extremely unfair considering I had already paid £20 delivery to my location already on top of the price. He would not offer free delivery. As a result I have been left with 5
broken slabs and unable to complete the work as it should have been.

Ordered reclaimed bricks from Ammari as they were less than half the price of the competition. Delivery came on time but the guy couldn't get the second pallet off because it was broken and collapsing. I called the customer service number and they arranged delivery through the depot. Although the delay seemed a disaster at the time it really wasn't Ammari s fault and they sorted it in 3 days which was a relief. Btw this is my third order with them and zero issues before. Thanks Ammari team, great work!!!!

It’s first time I have used Ammaari stones, very reliable ,competitive price and fast delivery and non of my slabs
Were broken. Order was taken over the phone with payment link to your email. I found 20% cheaper than other companies. I would use company for my future buying and recommend to others.

I ordered second box of Procelain tiles. looks awsome. Price and quality OK.

The stones came quickly, the driver dropped them exactly where I wanted them, and the patio stones themselves matched their appearance on the site (both wet and dry)

Good choices of porcelain slabs on website, good prices - simple and easy to navigate online.

Delivery was quick and dropped exactly where I requested.

Used on 3 different occasions now, happy every time 😀.

Posted a 1 star review previously as I placed an order but my order was not actioned (I had paid for it). Chased many times. Told my order was somehow missed and would be delivered too late for us so we would like a refund. Have now emailed and phoned. Phone not answered. Emails just get standard response saying they will respond in 72 hours. No refund issued. Not acceptable.

Ammaari what can I say ! You were right there at the start of my project and there at the end, and even when I needed more slabs it wasn’t any problem getting them to me asap .

Decent price. Delivery as advertised and on time. Goid quality product

I ordered before I read reviews and then panicked after reading so many bad reviews. But I shouldn’t have because they were absolutely great so I felt like I had to leave a review. They gave me a delivery date, the delivery company didn’t turn up on that date and cancelled it after 7pm, without even telling me but, Ammaari Stones staff liaised with them to get it delivered the next day and kept me informed with the times. 1 slab was missing from my order and 1 was broken, out of 36 slabs and they sent two more slabs within the next week. The cheapest place for the porcelain slabs I wanted and brilliant customer service skills throughout, I have recommended them to my friends and family. My mum is placing her own order this week. Very pleased with the service and quality.

Good customer service - really helpful and a competitive price - also they managed to get me a delivery on the day of my choice. Slabs were carefully packaged with no damage
