Grey porcelain Paving.
We had found 8 slabs broken.
I had completed the claim form nearly 2 weeks ago and never get a response from them .
Also I get from them 18 sqm of porcelain cladding (192 pcs) and from that I had 40 pcs broken wich means nearly 3.75 sqm broken.
I am sick of contacted them numerous time to solve the issues but no answer.
I am still not able to complete the job .
I didn't had in plan to leave a review but the customer is chasing me to go and complete the job .

I am a regular customer from them ( ordered over 1000 sqm of paving from them) after this issues I really take in consideration to get paving from Nustone or Paving stone Direct ( they will match the price)

Poor service from start to well they didn’t get back to me so there’s no finish after numerous emails of my order I placed of 22mm kendla grey 85% of my order which I may add was 4 days late were mostly 15/16mm I sent them pics to show but only interested when taking the payment after care is non existent

The Indian sandstone slabs arrived on time. Great value. Good product.

Poor customer service, the tiles arrived on time but there was 2 missing tiles and 4 broken. Contacted the company who sent a link for their claims form. This was completed and since then no communication. Avoid this company

Extremely bad service with Ammarri Stones, received two pallets just after Christmas as was doing a very big project at home with landscaped patios, only to discover 7 tiles to be damaged with delivery. Numerous phone calls and emails with the promise someone would get back to me to send me new tiles but still waiting almost a month later, shame really as I have 4 other properties to landscape but I'll be spending my money elsewhere, would never use them again, truly awful customer service, I'm 7 tiles short to complete my project and have to redesign my garden to no fault of my own, even supplied photos and no one could get back to me, don't use them, the reviews on this page say it all really!

Probably the cheapest UK merchants! I came across Ammaari Stones searching for Raj Green kits and once a trade account was activated, I purchased the kits for less than £20/sqm on the large 22sqm pack! An absolute bargain!
Very easy to order, easy enough to open a trade account and a prompt delivery. Kits themselves are as specified, brilliant.
Will def order from this company again, thank you!

Had some trepidation due to the reviews but i Ordered 44 meters of slabs and the arrived one correct day. I have had experience of palettline before and I know their limitations. Opend the crates to move the off the road and we had just ONE broken stone.

Order was delivered one pallet was delivered Wednesday and the other on Thursday. As the smaller pallet was as delayed. The transport company contacted me and offered me a couple of delivery options. I was impressed with their service/options. A small issue handled in a very professional manner. The sandstone is great quality and 0% breakages. Also, the best price I could find. Definitely recommend Aammari Stones

What a truly awful basis of trading. I didnt realise but the small print says if up to 7.5% of the slabs are broken upon receipt, that's to be expected and they will not refund or replace. If over 7.5% is damaged, it's the bit above they will refund, but not the initial 7.5%. How they are able to basically sell you damaged goods and not refund or replace the initial 7 5% is beyond me. Won't be dealing with them ever again. Beware

I still have not had a response from them they need to shut down absolute garbage of a company I would not recommend the worst ever people who give them a 5* rating must be there mates not even a reply if this was company I would respond and protect it

Delivered over £1000 worth of Black Limestone patio packs, slight delay but no issues. These slabs however should be avoided like the plague. Looked good wet when first laid and rather drab when dry. However with-in a couple of months they are discolouring. They cannot be kept clean, they seem to suck footprints and attract dirt which then has to be throughly scrubbed to remove. I've only had cheap concrete slabs before and they only needed maybe a jet wash in the spring, an occassional hose down and just sweeping. These slabs need constant care and never look clean.

Excellent service, I have ordered a pallet of outdoor porcelain tiles which I received. Each tile was separately wrapped and there wasn't a single tile chipped or damaged. Best price on the Internet. Very pleased with their service.

Appalling. Sent two pallets of broken bricks, have contacted customer service again and again to resolve but no reply. They are cheap for a reason - avoid at all costs.

Terrible company.
Ordered the tiles on Friday last week to arrive Wednesday (selected date). on Wednesday… simply nothing turned up. Upon phoning up, the customer service told me they will not come Wednesday and it would be following week Monday. I told them this is unacceptable as I am out the country for work that week and the job has to start this weekend!
They put it on special delivery to come today (Friday) which was fine. Early enough for me to take care of, for the work to start Saturday morning.

After taking the day off of work, and staying in all day, waiting for the promised delivery… nothing happened until about 3PM. I started having a bad feeling about this. I therefore phoned up the customer service AGAIN only to be told that something must have gone wrong and it will now come next week Monday instead.

So basically, an entire weekend of work to be done waste + I will not be there to receive the order on Monday. I now have to come from my overnight flight back home from London Heathrow to deal with this tile delivery! It’s an absolute joke and waste of my time now.

All I get told is “sorry, there is nothing we can do” This is literally all I got told on the phone!!

No compensation
No Solution
No nothing.

How can you treat your customers like this ?!?

Started off good delivered bang on time had two full packs delivered with damaged slabs x6 photographed them spoke to guy called Tom who said he would pass on to Jamie in the refund department because the customer is unable to contact that department. This went on for over a week never heard from them again unfortunately it’s getting a British disease just wished I lived a closer to them. Airborne.

Absolute joke of a company! Their service in every way from start to finish was something like that of a company who doesn’t give a monkeys with ref to customer retention!! I’d advise no one to give their money or business to this firm. Delivery dates never kept to, promises never kept to, lies lies lies….30 odd phone calls made to them over a three day period and 4 answered…the rest just ignored or the phone picked up and then put down. Their false promises and lies cost me over £700 with no recompense! Save yourself time, effort, stress and heartache and look elsewhere…added to that the paving is complete rubbish when it does arrive!!!

Was told the good would be delivered on Monday 15th April after placing an order for the goods on Friday 12th April. I Needed the paving here by Monday and the staff member said they would be if express delivery was added to the order. I also went through the inconvenience of bank transferring the payment so that the card fee would be avoided. Rang to complain but was like flogging a dead horse in terms of getting a resolution.

Everything as described no broken or flawed slabs.Delivery on time driver helpful. No complaints whatsoever.
Really recommended

Received 2 pallets 4 sqm each with 10 Limestone paving slabs 7 of 20 broken - 35%.
Other 2 pallets of 17sqm each had only 1 slab broken.
Compensation of £34 as just over their 7.5% allowance in total.
20 paving stones £510 35% broken.
Now have to cut down size of new patio or try to find similar slabs elsewhere.

They seem cheap but beware if anything goes wrong their customer service is rubbish!!!!
We had a pallet load of Indian sandstone delivered and some tiles were broken, after four emails and five phone calls with no response over the course of two weeks someone eventually replied by email saying we were not entitled to a replacement as stated in the small print.
