Eccezionale sito per il calcolo dell'IMU
Per la compilazione bisogna disporre di un solo dato tecnico, la rendita catastale, a cui aggiungere tutti gli altri elementi di comune conoscenza, come il comune, la percentuale e il periodo di possesso.
Riguardo all'aliquota, il sito suggerisce quella base ma permette di verificare le delibere comunali con un comodo menù a tendina, oltre a raggiungere il sito del Dipartimento delle Finanze con un link di collegamento diretto.
La funzione "aggiungi immobile" permette di calcolare di seguito tutti gli immobili soggetti a tassazione.
Da lì si possono scaricare/stampare il calcolo e l'F24 relativi ad acconto/saldo.
Il sito dà anche accesso ad altre utilissime funzioni: difficile trovarne uno così ben organizzato!
