Terrible experience with recall of some 9 mm ammo. Sent emails to see if $200 ammo returned was received. Fed Ex tracking not working on the RMA ticket they provided. Also left two messages. No return calls or emails. I will contact VISA to see if they can refund $$

I have been a costumer of this company for while,back in March 22,I purchased 1000 rounds of Geco ammunition,then on or about the 26th of the same Month a recall was called,I sent back,the ammo can,I told them I used about 60 ammo,they told me I would get my entire refund for.my order,today June 09,only received 1/3 of total purchased price 119.46 out of 380.00 this is a ripped off company I'll write a letter to BBB they put my life at danger with defective ammunition and NOT taking responsibility to refund my total order. After writting a letter to BBB the problem was solved and company already issued a full refund today June 21,2020.

Total scam. They will make you use paypal to pay and then hit you up for another $100 for "shipping insurance". They wont refund and money you send them. Should have trusted my gut on this one.

Like most people I usually do not write reviews unless I have an issue with a company. However in this case I want to write a very positive review about this vendor. I ordered ammo on Monday and received it on Thursday of the same week and I am about 600 miles away from the vendor. They had by far the best prices on Norma ammo plus free shipping. In these times of high fuel costs and inflation that is great! quick communication,shipping and great quality ammo. Thanks

This is the second time I've dealt with Ammoshoponline and I have had NO problems. I just took advantage of their,"BUY 1 GET 1 BOX TAC-22 FOR FREE! – 9MM 115 GR FMJ – NORMA WHITE BOX – QTY 50 – FREE SHIPPING OVER $200!". I wish I could post pictures here and I would show you the box with my ammo delivered. I am VERY please with ammoshoponline. I see some very negative reviews and I can't speak for what happened to some other people. Just my experiences. Here is the tracking info from my last order. Two days from Georgia to Florida. I have ordered ammo 5 different times over the past year and each time I've received my order within 5 to 6 days. Every order has been correct as well as packaged very well. Ammoshoponline.com is now my go to website for ammo shopping, especially 9mm. Can't beat the free shipping over $200 and finding 9mm at about $15/box is pretty good these days. Will be ordering more in the future...

I have been a customer of ammo shop since 12 20 I left a review on here about a year ago and still continue to buy from this company and I'm waiting on an order I just placed this place is like my own amazon for ammo I hit some keys on my smartphone and in about five days I have ammo at my doorstep and the prices are really fair I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of ammo and this is a 5 star company as long as they keep up the guality service and ammo I'll be a loyal customer

Straight up SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Shipping is some fly by night outfit. You never get ammo (doubt they have any).

Called their number (904) 274 6428 and immediately heard “global will try to connect you to the subscriber you’re trying to reach”. Then I had some guy come on who barely had a grasp on English. I have no problem with folks working on learning English, but scams often go this way- reconnect your call to someone in India who gets you to place an order and you never see your merchandise. Also, you can’t pay with a debit card, only cash apps, Apple Pay, Zelle, bitcoin, Venmo and google pay. Scammers love Zelle and venmo- scammers love Zelle. This website is shady. They’re currently contacting me by text trying to get me to place an order- not gonna happen.

I was a little apprehensive to order from Ammo shop on line but I thought I would give them a try. I ordered Monday evening got an email Tuesday morning saying they received the order, Tuesday afternoon got email with FedEx tracking number. My order arrived on Friday.
I couldn't be happier. Good price, free shipping,and good products.

I have had 5 orders placed and each time the orders were delivered on time with some several orders delivered earlier.

Ordered ammo that was on sale and ASO charged my credit card. Multiple confirming e-mails that my order was placed, received, and they were working on it. Abruptly they canceled the order and wouldn't honor the purchase. Buyer beware of this shady firm.

I am starting to get concerned about a pending purchase I made online of in stock ammo. Tomorrow 12/10/21 will be two full weeks since the order was placed. Yes I know that there was a holiday and Black Friday involved but it has been years since shipping of any in stock order has taken weeks to be shipped (not received). I will update this post when shipped and received. I really held out hope that this was going to be a smooth transaction.

Ordered 500 rounds of 40 and it automatically when to "hold." Called the company and was told that "hold" simply meant it was being processed. Not sure who the idiot was that thought that verbiage up. Almost two weeks later I get an email telling me the order has been cancelled.

I am impressed with this company . Best prices that I've found. My supply came early and was exactly what I ordered. I am pleased with their service and recommend them s a good supplier. Communication was a little glitchy, but worth staying calm about. It worked out.

WHY WAS I TOLD TO: "CEASE CONTACTING US ABOUT THIS SUBJECT"? I was told in an email (not the follow up phone call I was supposed to receive and never got) to "CEASE CONTACTING US ABOUT THIS SUBJECT. KIND REGARDS, AARON C. ("THE GUY WHO ANSWERED LAST WEEK")". This was in regards to my ammo order that was on plastic stripper clips. First, instead of answering the question that was asked over the phone, they only addressed the fact that we were upset that no spoon was sent with the ammo can. NO ONE ADDRESSED WHAT WE NEEDED TO USE TO FEED THE PLASTIC STRIPPER CLIPS INTO THE MAGAZINES WHICH WAS WHAT WE WERE WAITING TO FIND THE ANSWER TO. Instead, we received a very long, rude email detailing that none of their ammo cans come with spoons on any of their websites. That was never mentioned prior to this last email, only that they would get back to us. THANKS FOR DEGRADING A REPEAT CUSTOMER AND NOT ANSWERING WHAT WILL WORK AFTER YOU SAID YOU WOULD FIND OUT & CALL US OR HAVE A SALES ASSOCIATE GIVE US CALL. NO, instead you send a pissy message signed "AARON C. ("the same guy who answered last week")." Now I would like to address the lack of customer service that has brought us to your deplorable treatment of myself. Contact #1, we contacted you through your website and was never responded to. Contact #2, we called you, spoke with you over the phone and never received the called back we were told we'd get with the answer to our question about what spoon was needed to feed the plastic stripper clips into the magazine as normal metal spoons do not work. In this conversation, I was told they've had this question come up from customers a lot and yet he did not have an answer. One would think if multiple customers ask the same specific question, you would try to get an answer for future responses or better yet, add that to the product descriptions of all ammo cans that lack this piece since none of them on any of your websites come with this ESSENTIAL PIECE that I AM NOT ALLOWED TO CONTACT YOU ABOUT. Contact #3, we contacted you through your website again because we didn't get a call back as was promised. The content of that was from another person and she stated that "Unfortunately none of our stripper clips come with a spoon." Contact #4, was our upset response to that email, directly on that email. The response to this was responded to on that email thread with the last statement "CEASE CONTACTING US ABOUT THIS SUBJECT. KIND REGARDS, AARON C. ("THE GUY WHO ANSWERED LAST WEEK")". Wait, what??? This is completely unacceptable. You want me to accept something without asking questions AND I don't have the right to be upset about the whole situation. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, PFIZER?!?!? I could get better customer service from the teenagers at PetSmart.

Just ordered 1k rounds of 5.56 (ss109) on stripper clips, on 11.12.21. Received 11.19.21

Took a chance, saw the bad reviews. But it was worth it. I already put in an order for more. My only gripe is them using FedEx. If they switched to UPS, that would be incredible. Don’t hesitate to buy here!
