Unprofessional and Unethical Workplace — Avoid at All Costs

Employees have reportedly gone unpaid for over three months, causing serious financial strain. Terminations are often carried out without proper notice or severance, in direct violation of labor laws and employee rights.
The management is not only unprofessional but also reportedly hostile and intimidating. There have been instances where employees were threatened when inquiring about unpaid salaries. Shockingly, some of the management team are allegedly affiliated with the Police Department of Pakistan and use their position to coerce or intimidate employees into silence.
In addition to this, the work environment is toxic, with frequent verbal abuse and conflicts over trivial matters. Efforts to address unpaid wages are consistently ignored, and employees are left without any recourse or support as calls and communications are blocked.
The company’s Human Resources department is equally problematic. The HR representative is described as unprofessional and inexperienced, with little knowledge of essential HR functions or labor regulations. Rather than providing support, HR is largely ineffective and unresponsive to employee concerns, further compounding the toxic environment.
