Absolutely horrific Company , unethical company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Had to return my items as they didn’t fit, won’t give me a refund despite sending my proof of postage back to them. Total scammers. I’ve emailed most days since August and they just ignore you.

I ordered a dress which was too small, I was then accused of requesting a refund for a discounted item even though I’d paid full price, they told me they would take back the item, they signed for the return at the start of September, I am still waiting for the refund now! Every time you message you get an automatic response saying they will reply within 2 hours, I have only had the one response which was that they would take back the return! I have tried Instagram, emails, Facebook and nothing. Absolutely shocking customer service definitely do not recommend, I have now contacted my bank regarding this

AVOID! AVOID THESE CROOKS! I wish my student daughter had read these reviews before buying from this company. As stated by another reviewer the quality is poor and product nothing like the pictures. Refunds impossible. The address given for refunds does not exist. Not only lost her money on the dress but also postage for the return.

Avoid, clothing looks nothing like the photos on website. Very cheap quality. Have not replied to my emails since January of how to get refund.

I would give a zero if I could. Have been trying to get a refund since January. No one has answered my emails. Avoid this company!

Terrible customer service + witholding refunds.

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. BOUGHT 3 ITEMS AND USED A VOUCHER I FOUND ON THE INTERNET FOR A DISCOUNT. I DID NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING PARCEL SENT SO AFTER A WEEK A CONTACTED THEM ASKING FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER WHICH THEY GAVE IT TO ME. WHEN RECEIVED THE PARCEL: SURPRISE!! A SIZE L IS EQUIVALENT TO A SIZE S!!! SO I GET BACK TO THEM MENTION IT SIZES ARE SMALLER AND THEY NEVER REPLY ME BACK AFTER ASKING HOW CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS. I FINALLY HAD TO OPEN A CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL AND EXPLAINED TO THEM MY CASE, FOR MY SURPRISE, THIS SCAM COMPANY CALLED ME LIAR, AND YOU CAN NOT BELIEVE THE MESSAGE THEY SENT ME. WITH THAT IT SAID ALL ABOUT THIS CHINESE COMPANY THAT SADLY I FOUND ALL THEIR CLOTHING ON ALIEXPRESS AND PROBABLY THE REASON SIZES WERE INSANELY TOO SMALL. ON THE EMAILS I SENT THEM I ASKED THEM TO SENT ME 2 SIZES UP BUT THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO REPLY, THAT MEANS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INEXISTENCE, THEY TRIED TO CLOSE MY REQUEST ON PAYPAL 2 TIMES AND LUCKILY WITH NO LUCK , ITEMS ARE WITH THEM AND WAS PAYPAL WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH MY REFUND, BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THIS COMPANY, I BUY THE CLOTHES ON ALIEXPRESS , NOT HERE, IF SOMETHING GO WRONG...WELL YOU CAN SEE, NOW IM WAITING THEIR REPLY AGAIN CALLING ME AGAIN LIAR?...IT SAID IT ALL
