I ordered front molding for 2019 Chevy Truck and they sent me 2020 molding, I sent them back and sent shipping information with tracking and they stated that they did not get items, and I lost $350.00 dollars.
My loss now, been trying for 6 months trying to get Customer Service to refund money with no movement on this issue to date. Will not order from this company again and will let friends know to do the same.
Took my Jeep there to get some work done and due to the poor work performed they cost me more money to correct the actual problem. My warranty was voided, they failed to perform a wheel alignment cost me my tires. They are not honest people……. This company hasn't done anything they committed to me. I ordered some JK tail lights that were a "pre-order". The delivery date kept getting pushed out, but they apparently thought it was okay to charge my credit card even without shipping my order.
They told me they would refund my money two weeks ago and still NOTHING has hit my credit card.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
The website has “free shipping site wide” posted everywhere... and when you go to the shipping section, it even says free shipping on all orders. Same day delivery if before 3pm PST.
I went to place an order and accidentally submitted it without realizing I was charged $9.99 for shipping. I frantically tried to find a way to reach their support and/or cancel, but only found an email address to contact for such things.
It stated that support would reply by email within 24 hours.
1. Support did not reply within 24 hours
2. It’s been 2 days without a shipping confirmation, even though it said “same day shipping if order is placed before 3pm PST”
3. I don’t understand the false advertisement
