I've been using Amonax equipment in my home gym for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the quality. Everything I've purchased feels solid, well-made, and built to last. Whether it's for strength training or general fitness, their products have held up really well through regular use and offer excellent value for money.

What has impressed me just as much is their customer service and delivery. Orders arrive quickly, are well packaged, and the communication throughout the process has always been excellent. On the rare occasion I've needed to get in touch, the customer support team has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

I use the hip thrust pad and the ankle straps and the best I’ve ever had by afar! So durable and have lasted me years, fun colours to choose from too.

Been using Amonax for around 5 years now, absolutely swear by their hip thrusts pads especially the Groove barbell pad which is amazing for heavy hip thrusts with absolutely no pain or bruising on the hips with the design of the padding. Comes in different colours too.

Honestly such a lovley company, always communicate so well and provide information on every product if you need it! i couldn’t recommend them more, and there lifting straps?! oh my god the best ones on the damn market.

I’ve been using Amonax hip thrust pads for years now and always a none negligible gym accessory for me!!! The padding is so comfortable and I love how the straps keep it locked on the bar!

I’ve tried the thicker hip thrust pad and was just abit too much for me felt like I couldn’t get comfortable on the bar but the normal ones work so well!!!

Used the 10kg barbell too which is amazing home accessory for a workout when I’m not in the gym and because of the size it’s easy to stick in the car and take on road trips too!!

I’ve used the hip thrust pad, the ab roller and the weighted vest from Amonax and I have loved all of these products! I’ve had the hip thrust pad in particular for a couple years now and it is still as good as new, it’s so much better than the bog standard ones you get in the gym. These items were gifted however I’m writing a review off my own back because these items are staples now in my gym routine!

An awful company to deal with!

After order 2 hip thrust pads nearly 13 weeks ago, I am still chasing these, on email and social media but they just never reply!

I would never ever recommend using this dreadful company!

All I had was a simple issue with a single defective 60cm x 60cm foam tile which had bubbled and thinned in the centre with what can only be a material defect.

First, they made claims that they knew how the product was installed and that it must have been laid next to a wall/edge and then they changed their story to it must be the furniture that has caused the issue.

The set of tiles were installed with the supplied edging and was laid as an area rug in the centre of the room and we placed, for the first time, one of my sofa chairs onto the rug which left a foot indentation on the foam. We did this with recorded video footage as we suspected that this would be the next excuse and they didn’t disappoint (see response at the bottom of this review).

In the same final reply, they have committed further multiple offences. They have also unethically attempted to bargain their responsibility to replace the tile with me withdrawing this review (See their final response below).

I have now spent nearly 6 hours collectively on this issue and all I needed was a single replacement foam tile that would cost them a few pence and a non-tracked Royal Mail 2nd class postage of a couple of pounds to fix my issue. I have now purchased the smallest pack I could find of 4 grey tiles to fix the issue at my cost of £15.

They also have made false claims that I never replied when the entire conversation thread of the Amazon messaging platform is 1-1. Meaning my every single response to their every single reply. There has never been any chasing on their part.

The following point is also relevant to this case. Our first purchase of the black version that we had installed for approximately 6 months which leaked black every time we washed it, was installed and used in the exact same way and did occasionally have furniture laid over the top of it and it never underwent this deformation. Every time was always flat, right up until the day we removed and replaced it with the grey/silver version.

Overall, this company would rather argue repeatedly and make up false claims as if they were living in my home with me and witnessed the issue occur and all to save themselves a couple of measly pounds to send out a replacement tile. Such a cheap and simple solution to enact a repair and now it is going to cost them much more as we will now be going ahead with legal action.
