It's faked profils and they use AL. for the answers you get and you just loose your money

I have been waiting for more than three days for an answer, an agreement, an accommodation. So now please answer. Is that their way of caring for the customer? And before you ask your standard questions again... look at my feedbacks... please not your next stupid phrases.
