Good Christmas top. I don’t wear red that much. The hem came unraveled after the first washing.

If I could give this company less that 1 star, I would. Their custiomer service is awful.. They sent me items that were mis-sized. Package said one size, label on garments said different size. They discourage me from returning items by stating it would take so long, I'd have to pay the postage to retutrn, which they sait was expensive. They offered me a 10% refund. BUYER BEWARE!

This company will not refund the full purchase price, saying they will only refund 10%.

SIZES ARE WAY SMALLER THAN WHAT I ORDERED. MY CHILD 10 YEAR CANT WEAR IT SINCE THE SLEEVES AND LENGTH ARE SOOOO LONG . I ORDER 2 XL AND GOT A MEDIUM AT BEST. IN US I WEAR AN 1X. THOUGHT I SHOULD GO A SIZE LARGER. WHAT A JOKE. THEY PRETEND THEY ARE FROM THE UK BUT MY STUFF CAME FROM CHINA! VERY UPSET AND CANT FIND A WAY TO RETURN IT!!!

I love your shirts but I received the wrong ones. They are cotton and stiff not the ones I ordered that are soft and silky like. When I order them from Amazon they are never wrong. I have the same shirt in almost every color you offer.

It took 27 days for me to receive my order. I ordered 2 of the same shirts in size small. One was what I would consider a small, and the other an X-tra small. Don’t think I will be able to use the smaller one, so basically I paid for two, and can only use one. Don’t have much faith in a return, considering how long it took to get here, and that it was shipped from China. Not worth the effort. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered 4 blouses and never received an email confirmation. Finally received the merchandise and they were all the incorrect sizes. Will never order from them again. Too much trouble to return, donating to local charity.

One month I have ordered and never received my parcel, neither I receved email confirmation, but they charged my credit card since july 15th.

False advertising by amoretu. Ad said order 2 free shipping. I ordered 2, but was charged for shipping. I sent an email immediately, asking for a refund. No response for several days. They claimed that their ad didn't say free shipping and it was too late to cancel the order. No progress after 20+ emails, including 8 requests for a refund.No product, no refund. This is a fly by night company. Order at your own risk.

The shipping was fast and the customer service was great. The dress I bought is lovely. Rich burgundy color and the style is very cute. (Although it could be better with a bit less width in the circumference.) Overall I am satisfied and a happy customer. Thanks!

Expedited delivery was on time, well packaged and as described. True to size. Happy with my dress!
