Worst experience I’ve ever had with ordering a product from ANY company. It’s been over a month now and FedEx still has not even received my package. Their shop app they use for shipping updates said it would be here last week. (Waste of time to even check it). The app now just said was expected last week and has not changed since. My friends and family have never used amoto part before and I decided to try it. I will make sure nobody I know ever does. Other companies will get you your fairings in less than a month and have great customer service. The only people keeping this company in buisness is China and the new people getting ripped off daily who didn’t look up and see how bad it is.

Really good seller fast delivery and good Customer Support would but again.

I had several questions about the product and received quick responses to them. The support was good.

Yeah I’ve bought like 3 sets from them now, 1 more on the way as we speak. They’re all decent quality and good price. Everything fits well and the paint is good enough. The clear they use is legit and chemical/scratch resistant, but the matte is just whatever cheap paint they use with no protective clear so it scratches/melts really easily. Basically don’t buy anything matte.

The only problem I had is a spot got cracked on my 21 zx6r fairings, on like a thin spot that goes by the exhaust to a bolt hole so it was a stressed area of the plastics. I just fiberglassed it back together. For $600 or whatever for a custom paint job job full set of matching fairings it’s hard to be mad at a single crack lol.

Shipping and production is reasonable considering the amount of work (slow) if you don’t get one that’s ready to go in USA. I ordered a set on may 28th with a custom paint job, and they’re still on the boat over… but again, a full custom paint job and shipping into the US is fXcked rn so not fully their fault, but it does take a while so be aware. They also attempt a ‘expedited fee’ of $90, basically they’ll ask you if you want to pay $90 and the fairing will be shipped out within like 7 business days, if you don’t pay for that it’s up to 25 business days or something.

As far as the screw kit it’s garbage in my experience. Just a generic Chinese aluminum screw kit. It’s not bike specific. You’ll need to get any clips/screws that are unique to your bike separately.

Edit: Reading other comments I want to be clear, I’m NOT saying this is anywhere near OEM quality, it’s definitely Chinese quality and close inspection will reveal that. Theres been paint drips on some lower edges, above mentioned issue with cracking in a high stress spot, cheap paint, etc. BUT I’m my experience it worked, and I want my bike to look good in pics while it’s leaned over hauling ass, I’m personally not too concerned with 3’ away parked. If you want ‘show quality’, do not buy this you’ll be disappointed.

Bought wing fin type mirrors for my honda cbr 500r. The mirrors are okay at best the build quality is okay with minor defects, mirror glass is different story it is cut extremely poorly to the point on the edges you can see cracking and distorted view from the edges. Once I placed order 10 days have passed since I made order I haven't received any updates. Only after I have contacted the support I started receiving updates, also don't be deceived products come from China. If I have known from the start that goods were shipped from China and the sold as quality products I wouldn't have bought it. Avoid at all costs total scam

I ordered a clutch cable for my Yamaha motorcycle. The item was not in stock in their so called warehouse so they got it drop shipped from China. I should have read the reviews.

Was told shipment would arrive 9/18. When (on 9/24) I requested info, I was told was coming from China. I requested a cancelation, they said they couldn't cancel because item had shipped. When I requested to return the item they want to charge me a 30% restocking fee (approx $30). This seems extremely high for an unopened package. Feeling ripped off.

Poor fitment not quality by any means junk

Amotopart does not warehouse or stock what they puport to have in stock. They drop ship from China. The 2-5 day ship time is a flat out fabrication. It has been over a week, and the third party tracking shows only "Label Created". The shipment has not moved from "wherever" it is.
I asked to cancel after a week, given that it has not shipped, sorry it was not in stock at their warehouse, and I was told it is in transit, even though the "Label Created" is still the only tracking info reported.
I ordered my part from a different vendor, it took 4 days to receive. The end. Still waiting for my Amotopart order to cancel, or the part from Amotopart to arrive.
NEVER order from a company that does this. They say they have a part and 3-5 days, take the order and your money, then make you wait. BS

This company is a fraud, I bought a product on the website and the delivery time said 1 week, after the purchase was made they informed that it would take 45 days for delivery, so I canceled the order and requested my refund, it's already been 1 month and they haven't refunded me, this is clearly characterizing fraud and now I need to take legal action to receive my money!

This company is a total scam about the time of their delivery! On their website, they put a count down declaring if you order the item within xx hours xx minutes you would get it by xxx (3-4 business days). However, the fact is they won’t care about how long it takes for you to wait to get the item. It took me 2 momths to eventually get it after 20 emails and the item was “so called shipped from Taxas!” Go somewhere else shopping if you don’t want a heart attack. They should pay me 1 million dollar for the torture!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The quality of the fairing is terrible and they don’t communicate with the buyer. They are a scam and horrible company. BEWARE DO NOT BUY!!!!! $1000 down the drain!!!

Ordering was straightforward along with communicating with sales team. However, the paint quality is horrible. Many imperfections: scratches, over spray, weird marks, and foggy effect on the paint.

I got a stator for my bike and it came with a broken plug. After going through the 10 day process of trying to get a refund they tell me that I can just “reinforce is with electrical tape”. Their communication is super slow and their refund policy is so shitty that it’s not even worth risking buying anything from them.

I ordered parts for my motorcycle from Amotopart on August 7th. I received a shipping confirmation the next day, but the package sat in Chino (their location) for 7 days without moving. It only shipped after I contacted them, and they told me it would take another 2–3 days to go out. I was finally notified that it shipped, but I won’t receive it until the 18th. The shipping process is extremely slow, and I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a Custom Fairing Kit for my Suzuki GSXR 600 K2. I love this kit as it’s made from ABS Plastic and is flexible with damaging the paintwork. This whole kit worked cheaper than me getting my tank and 1 side fairing replaced, no brainier.
The kit was made up and painted perfectly for me to my exact specifications and colours. I was also amazed at how well the fit was, all fitted perfectly with only 2 holes not exact. The paint finish is beautiful and shipping was as stated for the free standard shipping.
I would highly recommend a replacement fairing kit from Amotopart to anyone.

Ordered a lock set for my K4 GSXR 1000 without checking reviews, Ignition, Fuel Cap and rear seat locks! Wasn't expecting much for £23 TBF, but it's a brilliant kit. The fuel cap and surround fitted perfectly as did the rear seat lock, the ignition looked exactly the same and good quality, only thing is you don't get a resistor in the ignition switch, which goes for all these Chinese copies (fuel pump won't run without it) but you just drop the switch out of the bottom and replace it with your old one and you're off and running. Or you could just solder one in. Either way an absolutely brilliant kit and as close to genuine Suzuki as you can get.
Some reviews say they had to wait 3 months for their deliveries, maybe because fairings are made to order, but my kit arrived 5 days after ordering. Well impressed 👍

The fitment is perfect as well as the quality the only issue is they didn't give me enough u clamps so I'm having to sip zie almost everything.

Besides being 3 weeks late on delivery 2 parts had very noticeable chips off the pant and when asked to send me out replacement for damaged items they told me I can just get it fixed myself , don’t waste your money here I will not recommend buying anything from this company .
