I strongly urge you not to use this site. This website does not offer real marriage partners, but appears to be full of scammers. Besides, I have serious doubts about how they handle users’ personal information.
1. Fake identities
I encountered a so-called “Polish model” who claimed to be from Ternopil, Ukraine. Suspecting her identity, I contacted the modeling agency, which replied with an official confirmation letter:
Hope this e-mail finds you well.
My name is [REDACTED] and I’m working as a Booker in REBEL Models, Warsaw.
Answering your question:
Yes, [REDACTED] is one of the models at REBEL Models.
Yes, it is not her account – her image is used illegally.
We already wrote a complaint to support of AMOUR FEEL.
[REDACTED] will do the same.
I hope this account will be deleted soon.

As you can see, this was a fake identity. Despite claiming to punish fake profiles, the website required users to provide confirmation letters to uncover such scams.
2. Possible misuse of personal information
The site advertises: “If you become a Top User, you can use all services free of charge.”
To register as a Top User, users must provide videos showing identification documents (e.g., passport) and agree to the use of their personal information.
The site does not clearly explain how this data is used or erased afterward. I seriously doubt how they handled these personal details.
3. Poor customer service and abusive handling
When I reported abusive users who sent vulgar messages, the investigation team responded that no violation was found.
Customer service repeatedly dismissed my concerns and even suggested I use 30 chat coupons “to calm down”, instead of taking real action.
They clearly treat users like objects, with no intention to check fake identities or protect consumers.
4. Misleading overall rating
The platform appears to have inflated ratings, likely due to internal staff or paid reviews.
Do not be misled by the 4+ star ratings – the actual user experience is extremely poor.
Conclusion
Based on my experience, this site is effectively a phone sex platform, not a genuine online dating service. You will not find a real marriage partner here.
