Total scam, bad service, do not buy
Total scam!!! Do not order here. No replies at all. I did not receive the hooverboard I ordered, but ignored that fact. No reaction to my service request at all.

Scam, avoid them
Regarding to order number 1578, I received wrong hoverboard color then I ignored this mistake. The second day overboard cannot be charged anymore. I contacted them many times and finally someone answered and told me to send videos and photos. I did that then I asked for return label since then he doesn't respond to my calls or WhatsApp!!!
It is very obvious that this shop is a fraud. I sent him notice time to send me return label and start refunding my money back. I will also contact local authorities as per Dutch law.

wrong instruction
the item was good itself, but i got the wrong instruction, so i was supposed to do the whole thing by myself. it wasn’t that difficult, but for a 7-12 year old kid, it would be hard.
