Awful service- absolute SCAM!

Ordered a shed and got an email (from a different website) saying I have ordered vases… received tracking info and then received a keyring!!

This company is scammer, I bought a Keter shed and got a paper and plastic rose. Contacted them several times and kept getting reassurance all was good. Telephone permenantly busy. Then no reply to emails . Unfortunately I didn’t check them out on Trustpilot first .Now waiting for credit card to carry out dispute claim.

Discusted with this company, robbed my 94 year old mother of £219.99 then today she received a key ring in the post, her bank as refused to refund her. This is a scam in every way

SCAM SCAM same as other reviewers ordered storage and got a invoice from a Spanish ceramics company SCAN

I ordered a garden bench with storage. Under the name of Doncavo as delivering. When I received that it was being sent it was a makeup stand . I paid £42.99 . This was a credit card transaction. I contacted Barclays they said as it was in pending there was nothing they could do. I then read this was a scam. This was found advertised on Google.

Ordered a Keter garden storage unit but never received it. Once payment is taken the name Donka appears on your account. Contacted them via company so called website & email and heard nothing. Since looking into have seen it’s all FAKE. Very misleading website with Trustpilot ads. Needs to be removed from Google!

Ordered a Keter rolling toolbox, received a keyring ,on shop app said i had ordered 3x vase set ,emailed to be told it was an error their end ,i was a tool box , complete scam , avoid

Wishing I had seen some of the other reviews here, I've had a similar experience to some.

I ordered a Keter Outdoor Storage Unit and got a confirmation from a company called Doncavo for a "TurboForce Cordless Air Duster".

I immediately contacted my credit card company and it's under investigation.

This certainly whiffs of scam. Buyer beware!!

Scam. Order acknowledged but for a different product and from a different company. Fake tracking number sent. No goods received.

Ordered a petrol Strimmer which never arrived was given a tracking number item was addressed to the wrong address where item was refused 2 weeks later I received notification that item had been delivered but once again delivered to another wrong address and was a small envelope and definitely not a petrol Strimmer definitely a scam

The same has happened to me ordered a shed, received another email from a company who said I’d ordered vases then received a key ring yesterday 🤬

Never again these are a SCAM ordered a shed for £298.99 and recieved a keyring so angry with this, gone to bank to get a refund I put order in on the 24th July 2026 so PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED

I have been scammed by this company to I ordered a garden storage box I sent them a email to see if they had received my order and they replied that they had so there is someone taking emails I received a pair of shoe laces I have reported there advertisement 3 times to google and the reply from them is they have not went against there term and conditions I have looked again today and there web page has been taken down but they have opened another one in a different name please be careful do not get scammed if the price looks cheap it’s because they will scam you !!!!!!!!!’n

Ordered a hedge cutter got an email saying I was getting a vase. Disputed with my bank and got a full refund. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS BETTER LICK NEXT TIME 😄 🤣

they charged me £59.99 for a shed. and I was sent a Key ring. I have contacted my bank to get my money back. my order ref Order #1073.
paid on the 21/07/2026.
I sent them emails and they replied until I told them off in one email and they stopped replying. now im sat here with a £60 key ring. my bank will get the money back.

Scammers sent me bits of plastic instead of garden furniture.
