As the winner of L’Étape du Tour Championship in France and L’Étape Poland, I really appreciate the low weight and stiffness of the Ampez Strada 50. They feel great on tough climbs and are super responsive.
I wanted slightly wider rims, so I’ve now switched to the Ampez Superleggera with a 23 mm internal width and even lower weight. So far, I’m really happy with them!
Overall, fantastic wheels for climbing and racing!
I built the whole wheelset based on my own preferences. The wheels are very light and stiff. Thank you Ampez.
