I paid for a relocation service two months in advance, and when the time came, AMP completely failed to deliver.
Their contractor (JB Hunt) showed up with the wrong instructions and didn’t even know what service they were supposed to perform
AMP and their contractor were not aligned at all
No one took ownership, and everything became reactive only after escalation
Worse, AMP failed to clearly disclose that I would be responsible for transporting the equipment myself—something they later admitted was not clearly communicated.
Because of their delays and lack of coordination during an active office move, this created serious logistical and financial risk on my end.
They eventually offered a refund—but refused to take responsibility for the consequences caused by their own failures.
This is not a one-off mistake. This is a systemic breakdown in communication, logistics, and accountability.
If everything goes perfectly, maybe you’re fine.
If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own.

The installation process what quick and easy. I also love the AI work outs, it gives the perfect amount of weight to get you stronger.

Machine so far seems great, but customer service was not transparent or helpful. Website indicated 4-6 weeks for delivery. That quickly turned into 4-6 weeks from completing the installation site survey. Then the 4-6 weeks became the time frame to hand off to the last mile installer to schedule delivery and installation. I complained often and loudly about the poor transparency and supposedly got an expedited handoff to the delivery service. I ordered originally on 1/9/26 and finally took delivery/installation on 3/16/26, 9 weeks later.

Again, the machine seems really good so far - well built, easy to use and modify for what you want to do, and very compact. I just wish that the company would be upfront and say 8-10 weeks until you receive rather than being shady and advertising 4-6 weeks and then changing their story 5 different times when you reach out for updates

One of the best purchases I've made as an adult.

So far so good! Tough to stay motivated but when you turn on the machine everything has been pretty smooth so far. Like they are regularly providing uodates as well and trying to improve the overall user experience. This market is tough so I think a solid UX is essential to keep customers engaged in the subscription model.

The convenience and quality of the machine have been great. The App does a great job setting you up for an exercise routine

I'm a physical therapist and use amp at home for my own rehab and strength workouts. I love how I can adjust the resistance by the pound and by the type of motion I need with the added eccentric and band modes. Plus, the machine is so unobtrusive compared to dumbbells and bands scattered about the floor. The convenience and flexibility amp alone helps me stay more consistent with my ~20-30 min routine. What helps the most with healing injuries and preventing new ones? Consistency and low barriers to doing the work.

Some may lament the machine having only one arm, but I MUCH prefer working on one side at a time, or asymmetrical exercises, for core engagement and to address imbalances between my two sides.

OBSESSED. I love this thing. Have lifted the equivalent several elephants (in pieces 😂) in a week. I am good-sore and so, so, so happy. THANK YOU.

Although the wait took some time after placing my order, correspondence with AMP reps was very helpful. Once I scheduled the delivery and install it all moved without delay. The in-home installation was perfect, and I am pleased to say that I am more than with my purchase of the AMP fitness machine.

happy with the weight machine. Happy with the purchase. Smooth machine. There was a slight delay which is somewhat expected with a newer brand. I did have one issue where the handle got eaten by my dog, but fortunately customer service was able to replace that.. great concept for space saving workout although I do wish went up to 150lbs as a male

The installation team did a very nice job. The app is user friendly and guides me every step of the way. I look forward to my workouts.

I enjoy very much. It's very simple takes very little and space and has a big variety. I recommend it for anyone.

Initially disappointed with the lack of communication from AMP regarding my order, I then rapidly learned that all communication was via email as they have no over the phone customer service. Started thinking I might have been scammed, however, it all worked out and it finally arrived. Think it took about a month and a half from order to installation. Email customer service ended up being legitimate and the installation was top notch. I love this device, first exposed to it on cruise ship in gym and then ordered it while on the ship as I liked it so much. Super easy to use foe anybody and replaces all weights, it is amazing! I would have given my experience 5 stars but the lack of phone customer service does not warrant 5 stars.

I have been waiting for a platform like this! One that can help me on my journey to developing strength and improving mobility while providing expert guidance and coaching through the exercises. I love that artificial intelligence is built into the platform to help me continue to grow and develop overtime without having to create my own plan. All I have to do is show up and do the work! It’s brilliant.

Great product with an awesome workout. I have had a full gym in my home for years, and Amp blows it away. It gives a workout like a personal trainer is with you pushing you as hard as possible.
