Well first of all I have had chronic pain for a long while now. Felt like I couldnt escape the problems with my knees, everyday was another challenge. Got these Supreme knee braces from online and they have been great for me. The daily compression for my knees is what I was missing and these do it wonderfully.

I ordered because these reviews seemed of quality. But after my own experience I recognise a pattern in they all began with a wrong order that Carolyn Davis then makes correct. However in my case it is not realised. The customer service is guessing, so I declined after two attempts. Also this company is selling identical merchandise as Griqos.co I strongly advise buyer beware, instinct tells me there is one company ir other spoofing merchandise and then cutting prices but fail to fulfill promises made.

What a great brace!
I initially ordered an XL brace going by the size chart for my waist (35”).
It was too large and slipping slightly. When I e-mailed customer service, Caroline promptly sent me a new brace. This time a Medium, instead of going down just one size to large. She said to trust her judgment. The M fits perfectly. Good support and snug fit.
I usually don’t order stuff online. I’m old fashioned that way. But I’ve got to say that I’ve never dealt with a company that has better customer service. Thank you!

This company and their customer service, Caroline is excellent! My husband’s knee is bone on bone, so we wanted a brace to help support him until his knee replacement. Caroline went above and beyond working with us to get the proper size. My husband is very happy with the knee brace. It’s also very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place and the brace!

Needed to adjust my size and it was not a problem at all. Very pleased with service and product!

Caroline Davis was so very fantastic to work with. She helped get the proper size when my original order was too large. Sent out the different size immediately. They work like a charm.
When I inquired where to send back the incorrect size, she said to keep them and pass along to someone or donate to a charity.
You do not get customer service like Caroline's very often, I'm so appreciative of her!

I can't say enough about Caroline. She offered me help from the beginning of choosing the correct size (8/17/25) to giving me guidance to locate the order (which the PO inadvertently delivered to the incorrect mailbox). She stated abreast of the situation until the matter was corrected (9/9/25). Caroline is a real asset to this company. Due to her professionalism, and gracious support, I will highly recommend this company.

Caroline was very helpful, easy to communicate with, prompt responses, and fantastic customer service. I ordered a large size of AmpKnee sleeves for my husband. They fit great and work great. He recommends them. I ordered medium size for me. Although I loved them I just couldnt get them to fit right on me. Caroline helped me by offering alternate styles or sizes. After her great customer service I decide to return them. Caroline promptly processed my refund. I ordered this for my elderly mother. She strained a muscle in her knee and since the doctor said the knee itself was fine, I decided to get her a brace. The first one I ordered (L) was a little too small but Caroline worked with me to get the right size for her. I would have chosen the next size up, but after some questions about how we wanted it to fit my mom; we were sent an XXL. It fits her perfectly and it's easy for her to get on and off. Caroline was extremely helpful in her communications. I would definitely recommend this brace and this company. My mom says its really helping her get up and down the stairs and even just walking around the house.

The knee support that I initially ordered ended up too big. The company’s Customer Service Rep, Caroline Davis, provided exemplary service to get me the correct size. The knee support is everything I hoped for. Great Support. Getting the correct size is crucial. Ensure that it’s based on measurement 2 inches above the knee.

After ordering the incorrect size, I emailed the company, and Caroline Davis from the support team quickly responded to my concern. She sent additional instructions on how to re-measure my knee and sent the correct size. Unfortunately, this was still not the best size, and she continued to work with me until I received the correct size. When asking for instructions to return the incorrect size knee braces, Caroline instead said to pass them to someone who might be able to use them or gift them to a charity. She made the process very easy, and I appreciate Ampknee's prompt responses. Thank you for being so helpful throughout the entire process.

I placed an order and received the product. After putting it on and wearing it a few times I realized it was to big. I emailed the customer service dept on a Sunday and they answer me the same day!!! I asked how I could replace my sleeve and Caroline was not the least worried about how I exchanged the product at all but wanting to get me the correct size. After a few emails back and forth it was determined I needed another size. She had my replacement in the mail the same day!!!
I am so impressed with the customer service I was given and how concerned she was with helping me the same day!!!

I was looking for a good knee brace/sleeve and ordered one online from Ampknee. Unfortunately, I miscalculated and ordered an XL which was too large. When I reached out to customer service I had an immediate response. Caroline helped me determine the correct size I needed and a Medium sleeve was promptly shipped. When I asked about how to return the XL, she told me not to worry about it and give it to someone who could use it. Wow! is all I can say.

The very well made knee braces were a gift to my son who lives in another state. I selected his usual size which were a little too large. When I contacted customer service, Caroline responded quickly with instructions for my son to measure his leg so she could decide on the appropriate size, and she sent them almost immediately. The fit is perfect, and he's especially enjoying them on very strenuous work days.

With this company you get a quality product and outstanding customer service. I have not encountered its equal. The different states posed no problem. Caroline took care of what could have been a difficult issue quickly and showed genuine interest in providing the best fit and service possible. Thank you, Caroline! And Ampknee!

Outstanding Customer Service! We ordered a medium size Supreme Knee Elite Brace and noticed it was a bit loose fitting when we tried it.
