Michael T is Amazing and the world needs more people like him
Michael came to our home and was off the bat friendly and polite and very well mannered. He was a breath of fresh air in this business of helping the elderly that I have been running around unsuccessfully like a rat on a rat wheel. He was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, patient with my 80 year old mom who tends to stray off topic or tell a story before answering a question and never once did he seem annoyed or short temereped about it. He in fact was the opposite and indulged her which she loved. The information he was able to provide us was invaluable as it all gets so confusing. He was a huge help and I am so very grateful to him for taking the time to assist us today. He gave my 80 year old mom something she hasn't had in a long time dealing with the red tape in Healthcare and assistance...hope. Thank you Michael!

Mr Rheo was a very well informed person and took the time to explain any question and everything he was doing until we understood it all. A month later everything he said he would be doing on that day is in effect and to our benefit. There's a second part to what he was going to do, and we're now there so we'll see. Very satisfied with results.
