Ordered 4x Ovonic 3S 2200mAh short for only 32,-€. 3/4 pieces turned out to be unusable with cell drift of 0,4V and more and dropping to below 3,6V after only 2 Minutes.
I got refund for 1, claiming no 2 and 3 resulted in no answer.
Same batteries from amazon were perfectly fine so I consider ampow to be the problem selling bad ware.
Emails are responded to late, and sometimes not responded to at all. I will not buy batteries from this brand again
I ordered batteries in the spring promotion with 4 individual orders and got a gift in the form of batteries. Nowhere on the page did it say that you can't or shouldn't do this multiple times. As a result, I simply got a cancellation with the statement that the promotion only works once per person. I have read through the rules and there is no such rule anywhere and then the contract is legal. Now that they noticed it through me, they changed it on the page. I think it's an absolute cheek that you're so fooled here. As a customer you don't feel comfortable here and I probably won't shop at the site anymore.
