Great advice and service
Spoke to Jo at AMS about a quote for a damp and timber survey as I am selling my property. Jo was really helpful and knowledgeable about the survey options and the minefield that is damp. I used AMS Surveys to produce a Level 3…
I used AMS Surveys to produce a Level 3 survey followed by a Damp and Timber survey and I can honestly say they did not disappoint!
I enquired some weeks prior to booking for a quotation and was so impressed with the level of building knowledge of the office staff that I was reassured the survey would be thorough and detailed.
All the findings were backed up with photographic evidence, along with full descriptions and advice.
This company is an absolute credit to the building industry and the level of knowledge is second to none.
Nothing is a problem and they go above and beyond to help.
I would like to say thanks to each member of AMS Surveys for your professionalism and guidance with something that is so important when buying a property and would highly recommend.

Very happy with AMS surveys
Very happy with AMS surveys. The whole process was quick and seamless. Ian is very professional and gave us lots of information regarding flood damage remediations and general maintenance works. He's also a thoroughly nice chap! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional survey.
