Over the past months, we’ve made significant improvements to the structure, look, and usability of our learning platform, and we have also updated course content to better reflect recent developments in this fast-moving field. Feedback like yours has helped us prioritize these improvements.
With our innovative blended learning approach, we aim to create the most effective learning experience for our students. This model also requires a degree of initiative and ownership from participants. In particular, students who follow the program individually (rather than in a group setting) can schedule 1-on-1 sessions with our instructors (up to 3 sessions per course and 18 sessions per bootcamp). These sessions can be easily planned via the calendar functionality in our learning platform. In addition, students receive guidance through an onboarding call, regular check-ins, and real-time support via WhatsApp.
Regarding program changes or requests, all cases are reviewed individually and handled in line with our policies. As a certified education provider, we follow established industry guidelines when it comes to enrollment, course participation, and refunds. When a program turns out not to be the right fit, we aim to offer constructive alternatives, such as the option to switch to another course, where possible. We understand that these situations can be frustrating, and we strive to communicate expectations as clearly as possible.
